For a long time, one of my dreams was to describe the nature of uncertainty axiomatically, and it looks like I've finally done it in my co∼eventum mechanics! Now it remains for me to explain to everyone the co∼eventum mechanics in the most approachable way. This is what I'm trying to do in this work. The co∼eventum mechanics is another name for the co∼event theory, i.e., for the theory of experience and chance which I axiomatized in 2016 [1, 2]. In my opinion, this name best reflects the co∼event-based idea of the new dual theory of uncertainty, which combines the probability theory as a theory of chance, with its dual half, the believability theory as a theory of experience. In addition, I like this new name indicates a direct connection between the co∼event theory and quantum mechanics, which is intended for the physical explanation and description of the conict between quantum observers and quantum observations [4]. Since my theory of uncertainty satises the Kolmogorov axioms of probability theory, to explain this co∼eventum mechanics I will use a way analogous to the already tested one, which explains the theory of probability as a theory of chance describing the results of a random experiment. The simplest example of a random experiment in probability theory is the " tossing a coin ". Therefore, I decided to use this the simplest random experiment itself, as well as the two its analogies: the " "flipping a coin " and the " spinning a coin " to explain the co∼eventum mechanics, which describes the results of a combined experienced random experiment. I would like to resort to the usual for the probability theory " coin-based " analogy to explain (and first of all for myself) the logic of the co∼eventum mechanics as a logic of experience and chance. Of course, this analogy one may seem strange if not crazy. But I did not come up with a better way of tying the explanations of the logic of the co∼eventum mechanics to the coin-based explanations that are commonly used in probability theory to explain at least for myself the logic of the chance through a simple visual " coin-based " model that clarifies what occurs as a result of a combined experienced random experiment in which the experience of observer faces the chance of observation. I hope this analogy can be useful not only for me in understanding the co∼eventum mechanics.

You yourself, or what is the same, your experience is such ``coin'' that, while you aren't questioned, it rotates all the time in ``free flight''. And only when you answer the question the ``coin'' falls on one of the sides: ``Yes'' or ``No'' with the believability that your experience tells you.

The scope of the specific study is the statistical prediction of the annual carbon dioxide use emissions due to the operation of computed tomography (CT) scanners and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) units in hospitals, health units and diagnostic centers, for the period between 2018 and 2030, in 120 countries across the world. The main sources of information for this study comprise statistical data from international organizations, scientific articles and measurements. The basic calculation tool of the study is a mathematical model, modified in such a way so that the calculations can be carried out using the available statistical data. In the final stage of the study, the functions that predict the carbon dioxide use emissions in relation to the years, will be extracted. Furthermore, all the errors and uncertainties of the mathematical model will be estimated. The conclusion, arising after implementation of the calculations, is that the carbon dioxide use emissions of CT scanners and MRI units are expected to grow by 30%, i.e., from 0.344 gigatonnes in 2018 to 0.497 gigatonnes in 2030.

EEC'2016 ~ workshop on axiomatizing experience and chance, and Hilbert's sixth problem

With topics from quantum physics, probability and believability to economics, sociology and psychology, the workshop will be intended for an interdisciplinary discussion on mathematical theories of experience and chance. Topics of discussion include the results, thoughts and ideas on axiomatization of the eventological theory of experience and chance in the framework of the decision of Hilbert sixth problem.

Objective. The objective of this study was to explore the experience of patients who had stoma surgery to treat cancer in order to explicate why problems associated with stoma surgery are not decreasing despite technical improvements in stoma care.


Design. A longitudinal design was used in order to capture the process of preparing for surgery and dealing with its aftermath. Participants were interviewed using a semi-structured protocol on three occasions; 1-2 weeks before surgery (eight participants), 1-2 weeks after surgery (seven participants), and 3 months after surgery (four participants).


Method. Transcripts were analysed guided by the procedures of grounded theory. This involved developing categories from the data and linking them together to form a conceptual understanding of our participants' experience.


Results. Lowered personal control was the most important concept to emerge from the analysis. We identified perceived causes of lowered control, its mitigating factors, the strategies used to manage this experience and the consequences of these processes.


Conclusions. We make three recommendations based on the conclusion that improvements could be implemented in the psychological aspects of stoma care and, in particular, the enabling of patient perceived self-efficacy. First, improvements could be made in doctor-patient communication with doctors becoming more aware of their psychological impact on patients. Second, specialist stoma care nurses could be trained to recognize patients with dysfunctional self-efficacy beliefs and/or delayed adaptation. Finally, we identify a need for more prolonged practical emotional support for at least some stoma out-patients.

Background: Evidence suggests a link between alcohol marketing, advertisements, and underage drinking. Despite India having prohibitive alcohol policies including a ban on advertising, there has been an increase in underage drinking. Purpose: We explore young peoples’ experiences of alcohol in Mumbai and their drinking behavior. We also explore how young underage people are exposed to alcohol marketing and advertisements and how they access alcohol. Methods. We conducted a descriptive mixed methods study using Geographical Information System (GIS) mapping and participatory action research method called photo voice. Seven young people aged 18-24 participated in photo voice. Participants took photographs of their experiences of alcohol. The photographs informed the discussion at the photo voice workshops. An autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model is useful to analyze time series data either for better understanding or for forecasting future points in the series. The ARIMA model is useful even when the data show evidence of non-stationarity, where an initial differencing step is applied to remove the non-stationarity. In this study, it is tried to find out the trend in GDP at current market price of Bangladesh using Box-Jenkins approach for ARIMA model based on the GDP at current market price data of Bangladesh from 1989-90 to 2014-15. Initially, evidence of non-stationarity was found in the data using the Dickey-Fuller test and the non-stationarity was removed by taking first differences. Then using the model selection criteria, AIC, í µí°´í µí±…í µí°¼í µí±€í µí°´(0, 2, 1) model has been selected and it has been used to forecast GDP at current market price of Bangladesh up to 2026-27. It is hoped that the forecasts would be useful for researcher and policy makers.Most of the expert and economists favor high and efficient government planning because they think that it ensures and contributes to enlarging GDP. Planning is one of the main components of public budget. Investment is one of the main components of aggregate demand. Its plays an important role of economic growth (Ahmed, et.al. 2010). Public investment is fully conducted by the government. By development plan, the government can improve economic situation of the country. Currently, we observed that government budget and private investment simultaneously plays great role to rapid economic growth. Both the public and private investments are required to boost up real GDP at current market price (main part of public investment) has a big share compared to private investment (Mahi, et.al. 2015). Bangladesh is small country but over populated. Its economy is rapidly improving based on market price. Most of the indicators of development show their positive reaction since 1971. According to Wikipedia, Bangladesh has made significant strides in its economic sector performance since independence in 1971 (Wikipedia). The economy has improved vastly after 1990s. Most of the characteristics of public investment are present in GDP at current market price. So we can consider the maintenance current market price as the public investment. Though public investment is organized in different ways but the aim and objects are same for all countries. Finally, we can infer that GDP at current market price is the public investment in our country [Wikipedia]. Gross domestic product (GDP) is a monetary measure of the market value of all final goods and services produced in a period (quarterly or yearly). Nominal GDP estimates are commonly used to determine the economic performance of a whole country or region, and to make international comparisons. Nominal GDP per capita does not, however, reflect differences in the cost of living and the inflation rates of the countries. Therefore, using a GDP
