Współpraca transgraniczna regionów stanowi obecnie jeden z bardziej interesujących przedmiotów badań. Publikacja dotyczy problematyki współpracy transgranicznej w procesie integracji europejskiej. Oprócz zagadnień teoretycznych fi nansowania współpracy transgranicznej, analizowana jest realizacja programów Unii Europejskiej na Białorusi. Prezentowane są handel Polski i Białorusi jako możliwość współpracy na poziomie państw, później na poziomie regionów obwód brzeski – województwo lubelskie. Analizowane są również główne bariery w poszerzeniu polsko-białoruskiej współpracy transgranicznej. Celem pracy jest ukazanie pozycji regionów we współpracy transgranicznej państw po obu stronach granicy w relacji do procesu poszerzenia Unii Europejskiej. W publikacji są opisywane przykłady, inicjatywy współpracy transgranicznej regionów znajdujących się w Unii Europejskiej i poza nią oraz następstwa wejścia Polski do Unii Europejskiej dla regionów.

What factors influenced changing of the foreign policy of Belarus towards multi-vectorism? For many observers China expends their economic and political influence in the frame of the Belt and Road Initiative to the current internal political and economic situation of Belarus. This article examines the basic determinants of Belarus' foreign policy with geopolitical factors: problems of cooperation with Russian Federation, insufficient cooperation with the EU, political and economic rapprochement with China. This article draws attention to the preferential conditions, which Belarusian authorities give to the Chinese investment projects, and the particular interest, which Chinese authorities has demonstrated in the project of the Belarusian Technology Park "Great Stone". It uses an original data set that records the salience that Chinese investments have not yet become the driving force of the Belarusian economy.

This article aims to draw attention to the Chinese investments in Belarus and to evaluate the current process of shaping the Belarus-China relations in the system of inter-state relations (against the background of relations with Russia and the EU). The activity of Chinese investors in Belarus arouses a lot of controversial opinions among scientists from Poland and Belarus, despite 100% support of the Belarus authorities. The article is devoted to the issue of the legal and institutional foundations of the Belarus-China cooperation, which show the way of finding a new powerful „supporter” of Belarus in the world, cooperation with whom may result in economic and political benefits. It has become a kind of alternative to Russia cooperation that is achievable only under the condition of mutual acceptance. Article indicates the economic problems of Belarus and describes the attempts of the Belarus authorities to solve them, the question of the importance of Belarus-China cooperation on the Belarus political and economic development.

Recent political events in Belarus have caused a large wave of migration from this country. Immigrants come to Poland seeking help and escaping from the cruel repression of the autocratic regime of Alyaxandr Lukashenka. This article aims to answer what role non-governmental organisations play in the policy of integrating immigrants from Belarus in Poland. The main goals of this article are to demonstrate the phenomenon of social movement among foreigners from Belarus and to show a number of integration problems of Belarusian immigrants in Poland.
