Abstract
Description
図1は、一実施の形態の通信システムの構成を示す。図1の通信システムは、無線LAN4を含むシステムであり、通信装置であるプロジェクタ3と、第1の通信端末装置である端末1と、第2の通信端末装置である端末2と、を有する。プロジェクタ3と、端末1及び端末2とは、無線LAN4で接続される。プロジェクタ3は、通信網5と接続される。プロジェクタ3と端末1とは、無線LANによる接続41が行われる。プロジェクタ3と端末2とは、無線LANによる接続42が行われる。端末1と端末2とは、近接通信による接続43が行われる。
図2を用いて、一実施の形態の通信システムに関する利用場面を含む利用の概要について説明する。図2は、一実施の形態の通信システムにおける利用の概要を時間軸で示す。利用場面の例として、会社Aの建物内に、図1のように無線LAN4のアクセスポイントであるプロジェクタ3が配置されている。会社Aの建物内のプロジェクタ3が配置された無線LAN4のホットスポットの場所で、会社AのユーザAと、招かれた会社BのユーザBとが、打ち合わせを行う。
図3は、一実施の形態の通信装置であるプロジェクタ3の構成を示す。図3のプロジェクタ3は、液晶プロジェクタ等の投写型映像表示装置である。プロジェクタ3は、持ち運び可能な小型化された装置でもよいし、据え置き型の装置でもよい。プロジェクタ3は、表示制御のために自身に制御機能を備える独立型のプロジェクタの場合であるが、制御機能を備える外部の装置との接続で構成されるシステム型のプロジェクタでもよい。後者の型の場合、プロジェクタ3は、外部のPC等の装置と接続され、外部の装置からのコマンド等を受信し、当該コマンド等に従い、表示制御が行われる。
図4は、一実施の形態の通信端末装置である端末1の構成を示す。なお端末2の構成も端末1の構成と基本的には同様であるが、本実施の形態の通信システムでの役割の違いに応じて異なる構成要素を持つ。例えば後述の図5のように、端末1は、専用のアプリ15を備えるが、端末2は、専用のアプリ15を備えなくてもよい。
無線LAN4に関するWi-Fiによる接続の方式について補足説明する。一般的なWi-Fiの場合、通信端末装置とアクセスポイントとの間のWi-Fiによる接続の際には、アクセスポイントのSSID及びパスワードの情報が要求される。通信端末装置は、その場で利用可能なSSIDの情報を収集し、候補として画面に表示する。通信端末装置のユーザは、画面に表示された候補の情報の中から、利用するアクセスポイントに対応したSSIDの情報を選択し、当該SSIDに関係付けられたパスワードを入力する。通信端末装置は、SSID及びパスワードの情報をアクセスポイントへ送信する。アクセスポイントは、受信したSSID及びパスワードの情報を確認し、自身のSSID及びパスワードと合致する正しい情報である場合は、当該通信端末装置の接続を許可し、接続を確立する。なお、端末1は、パスワードをメモリ414あるいは二次記憶装置404に保存しておき、ここからパスワードを読み出し、接続処理を行ってもよい。
図5を用いて、実施の形態1の通信システム、通信装置、及び通信端末装置について説明する。図5では、図1と同様に、無線LAN4のプロジェクタ3の付近のホットスポット内に、ユーザAの端末1と、ユーザBの端末2とがいる状態を示す。実施の形態1で、ユーザAの端末1は、アプリ15を備えるが、ユーザBの端末2は、アプリ15を備えない。即ち、端末2としては、既存の通信端末装置が適用可能である。プロジェクタ3は、アプリ35を備える。端末1とプロジェクタ3との間のWi-Fiによる接続41、及び端末2とプロジェクタ3との間のWi-Fiによる接続42においては、SSID及びパスワードを含む接続情報が要求される。
図5は、実施の形態1の通信システムにおける構成及び処理シーケンスを示す。S11等は処理や動作等のステップを示す。
実施の形態1では、S16の確認に関する方式として、以下の第1の確認の方式を適用する。第1の確認の方式において、S16の確認の際、プロジェクタ3のアプリ35からの確認の要求の情報に基づいて、端末1は、アプリ15の処理により、例えばタッチパネル440の画面に、確認用の情報を表示する。確認用の情報は、例えばポップアップのダイアログ等により、「ユーザBの端末2によるプロジェクタ3への接続及び利用の許可を継続しますか? はい/いいえ」等の旨のメッセージを表示する。ユーザAは、端末1に表示された確認用の情報を見て、ユーザBの端末2によるプロジェクタ3への接続及び利用の許可の状態を継続するか終了するか等を判断して選択する操作を行う。ユーザAは、例えばタッチパネル440の画面の確認用の情報における「はい」または「いいえ」のボタンを押す。
実施の形態1の変形例として、S16の確認に関する方式として、以下の第2の確認の方式を適用してもよい。第2の確認の方式において、S16の確認の際、プロジェクタ3のアプリ35は、端末1に対し、S11の接続41の状態を前提として、所定の確認用の情報を送信する。端末1のアプリ15は、プロジェクタ3から、所定の確認用の情報を受信した場合、自動的に、所定の確認用の応答の情報を送信する。この際、ユーザAは、操作が不要であり、意識する必要が無い。
更に実施の形態1の変形例として、上記S16の確認の方式に関連して、端末1の起動状態及びスリープ状態を考慮した制御を行う。端末1がスマートフォン等である場合、公知のスリープ機能を備える場合が多い。即ち、スリープ機能を持つ端末1は、通常状態で、所定時間以上ユーザによる入力操作等が無い場合、自動的に、低消費電力のモードであるスリープ状態へ遷移する。スリープ機能にもよるが、スリープ状態では、タッチパネル440の表示のオフ、無線部410の動作の休止等が行われる。端末1は、ユーザによる入力操作等に応じて、スリープ状態から通常状態へ復帰する。
端末1のアプリ15またはプロジェクタ3のアプリ35は、実施の形態1の機能に係わるユーザによる設定を可能とする設定機能を備える。例えばユーザAは、この設定機能を用いた設定操作に応じて、実施の形態1の機能の制御内容に係わる設定が可能である。設定機能により、S16の定期確認の実行の時間を設定できる。例えばアプリ15の設定画面で、ユーザにより、定期確認の実行の時間間隔を、「5分」「10分」等の所望の時間に設定可能である。また、S16の第1の確認の方式や第2の確認の方式についても、設定機能を用いてユーザにより選択して適用可能としてもよい。
実施の形態1の通信システムによれば、会社AのユーザAの端末1による許可に基づいて、外部の会社BのユーザBの端末2による、会社Aの無線LAN4のプロジェクタ3への一時的な接続及び利用を可能とする機能を提供する。実施の形態1は、この機能による利便性と、その際のセキュリティの確保とを実現できる。
図6は、実施の形態1の第1の変形例の通信システムの構成における処理シーケンスを示す。前述の図5の実施の形態1の通信システムは、プロジェクタ3が主体としてS16の確認を行う方式である。それに対し、図6に示す実施の形態1の第1の変形例の通信システムは、異なる構成として、ユーザAの端末1が主体としてS16の確認を行う方式である。
図7は、実施の形態1の第2の変形例の通信システムの構成を示す。図7に示す、実施の形態1の第2の変形例の通信システムでは、プロジェクタ3は、1台の装置ではなく、2台の装置により構成される。実施の形態1のプロジェクタ3は、第2の変形例では、表示機能31を持つプロジェクタ装置3Aと、無線LAN4のアクセスポイント機能31を持つアクセスポイント装置3Bとの2台の装置として分離されて構成され、これら2台の装置が通信で連携する。
図8を用いて、実施の形態2の通信システム等について説明する。実施の形態2の通信システムは、図8のように、プロジェクタ3に、接続及び利用に関する許可を与える端末の情報を登録する許可リスト52を設ける。プロジェクタ3は、許可リスト52の情報に基づいて、ユーザBの端末2の接続及び利用を判断及び制御する。
実施の形態2の通信システムにおいて、図8のように、プロジェクタ3は、リスト51、及び許可リスト52を保持する。アクセスポイント機能32は、リスト51を管理する。アクセスポイント機能32またはアプリ35は、許可リスト52を管理する。
図8は、実施の形態2の通信システムにおける構成及び処理シーケンスを示す。S21等はステップを示す。S21~S23までは実施の形態1のS11~S13と同様である。
実施の形態2の変形例として、上記許可リスト52の情報の登録、削除及び確認によるユーザBの端末2の接続42の解除の処理に関して、以下のような方式も適用可能である。即ち、プロジェクタ3は、ユーザA等の操作による電源のオフに伴う起動終了処理の際に、許可リスト52に登録されている端末2のMACアドレスの情報を削除する。あるいは、プロジェクタ3は、電源オフ時に許可リスト52を初期化し全情報を削除する。その後、プロジェクタ3は、電源オン以降で、許可リスト52にMACアドレスが登録されていない端末2の接続42を許容しない。
図9は、実施の形態2の変形例の通信システムにおける構成及び処理シーケンスを示す。この変形例の通信システムでは、プロジェクタ3側ではなく、ユーザAの端末1側に、許可リスト52を保持する。アプリ15は、許可リスト52を管理する。プロジェクタ3は、リスト51を保持する。図9のS21~S24は、図8のS21~S24と同様である。
図10を用いて、実施の形態3の通信システム等について説明する。実施の形態3では、ユーザBの端末Bの接続及び利用の許可に関する制御用にワンタイムパスワードを発行する。このワンタイムパスワードは、実施の形態3での特有の制御のために用意された情報であり、前述のSSIDに伴うパスワードとは別の情報である。
図10は、実施の形態3の通信システムの構成及び処理シーケンスを示す。S31等はステップを示す。
図11を用いて、実施の形態4の通信システム等について説明する。実施の形態4は、実施の形態2と同様に、プロジェクタ3の許可リスト52に端末2のMACアドレスの情報を登録して制御を行う。実施の形態4では、プロジェクタ3の近接通信機能34を用いて、ユーザBの端末2との近接通信を行う。実施の形態4のプロジェクタ3は、前述の近接通信機能43を備える。
図11は、実施の形態4の通信システムにおける構成及び処理シーケンスを示す。S41等はステップを示す。
図12を用いて、実施の形態5の通信システム等について説明する。実施の形態5は、実施の形態3と共通する構成として、制御用にワンタイムパスワードを用いる構成を含み、実施の形態4と共通する構成として、ユーザBの端末2とプロジェクタ3とで近接通信を行う構成を含む。
図12は、実施の形態5の通信システムにおける構成及び処理シーケンスを示す。S51等はステップを示す。
図13を用いて、実施の形態6の通信システム等について説明する。前述の実施の形態1等における、端末1と端末2との近接通信、あるいは各通信端末装置とプロジェクタ3との近接通信については、NFCによる方式以外も適用可能である。実施の形態6は、端末1と端末2との近接通信の方式として、カメラによるバーコードの認識の方式を適用した形態である。
図13は、実施の形態6の通信システムにおける構成及び処理シーケンスを示す。S61等はステップを示す。
実施の形態6の変形例として、ユーザBの端末2とプロジェクタ3との間でカメラを用いた近接通信を行う形態としてもよい。この変形例では、端末1のアプリ15の画面に接続情報を表示するのではなく、プロジェクタ3による画面に、接続情報を表示する。プロジェクタ3は、アプリ35の処理により接続情報をバーコード等の形式に変換し、スクリーン313の画面、あるいは操作パネル等の画面に表示する。
以上説明したように、各実施の形態の通信システムによれば、社内のユーザAの端末1による許可に基づいて社外のユーザBの端末2による無線LAN4のプロジェクタ3への一時的な接続及び利用を可能とする機能を提供する。各実施の形態は、この機能による利便性と、その際のセキュリティの確保とを実現できる。

前記許可の際、前記第1の通信端末装置は、前記第2の通信端末装置との近接通信により、前記第1の通信端末装置から前記第2の通信端末装置へ、前記無線LANでの接続に必要な接続情報を送信し、前記第2の通信端末装置から前記第1の通信端末装置へ、前記第2の通信端末装置のアドレス情報を送信し、
前記第1の通信端末装置は、前記第2の通信端末装置のアドレス情報を許可リストに登録し、
前記第2の通信端末装置は、前記接続情報を用いて、前記通信装置との無線LANでの接続を行い、
前記第1の通信端末装置は、前記許可の終了の場合、前記許可リストにおける前記第2の通信端末装置のアドレス情報を削除し、
前記通信装置は、前記第1の通信端末装置へ確認の通信を行い、前記通信装置の許可リストに前記第2の通信端末装置のアドレス情報が登録されていない場合、当該第2の通信端末装置との接続を解除する、通信システム。 - 請求項1記載の通信システムにおいて、
前記第1の通信端末装置は、前記許可の場合、前記通信装置へ、ワンタイムパスワードを要求し、前記通信装置は、ワンタイムパスワードを応答し、
前記第1の通信端末装置は、前記第2の通信端末装置との近接通信により、前記第1の通信端末装置から前記第2の通信端末装置へ、前記無線LANでの接続に必要なワンタイムパスワードを含む接続情報を送信し、
前記第2の通信端末装置は、前記ワンタイムパスワードを含む接続情報を用いて、前記通信装置との無線LANでの接続を行う、通信システム。 - 請求項1記載の通信システムにおいて、
前記許可の際、前記第2の通信端末装置は、前記通信装置との近接通信により、前記通信装置から前記第2の通信端末装置へ、前記無線LANでの接続に必要な接続情報を送信し、前記第2の通信端末装置から前記通信装置へ、当該第2の通信端末装置のアドレス情報を送信し、
前記通信装置は、許可リストに、前記第2の通信端末装置のアドレス情報を登録し、
前記第2の通信端末装置は、前記接続情報を用いて、前記通信装置との無線LANでの接続を行い、
前記第1の通信端末装置は、前記許可の終了の場合、前記通信装置の許可リストにおける前記第2の通信端末装置のアドレス情報を削除させ、
前記通信装置は、前記許可リストに前記第2の通信端末装置のアドレス情報が登録されていない場合、当該第2の通信端末装置との接続を解除する、通信システム。 - 請求項1記載の通信システムにおいて、
前記許可の際、前記第2の通信端末装置は、前記通信装置との近接通信により、前記第2の通信端末装置から前記通信装置へ、ワンタイムパスワードを要求し、前記通信装置から前記第2の通信端末装置へ、前記無線LANでの接続に必要なワンタイムパスワードを含む接続情報を送信し、
前記第2の通信端末装置は、前記ワンタイムパスワードを含む接続情報を用いて、前記通信装置との無線LANでの接続を行う、通信システム。 - 請求項1記載の通信システムにおいて、
前記許可の際、前記第1の通信端末装置は、前記第2の通信端末装置との近接通信により、前記第1の通信端末装置から前記第2の通信端末装置へ、前記無線LANでの接続に必要な接続情報を送信し、
前記第2の通信端末装置は、前記接続情報を用いて、前記通信装置との無線LANでの接続を行い、
前記通信装置と前記第2の通信端末装置との接続の後、前記通信装置または前記第1の通信端末装置は、前記許可の継続または終了に関する確認の通信を行い、当該許可の継続の場合は、前記通信装置と前記第2の通信端末装置との接続を継続し、当該許可の終了の場合は、前記通信装置と前記第2の通信端末装置との接続を解除し、
前記近接通信の際、第1の通信端末装置の表示画面に前記接続情報のバーコードを表示し、第2の通信端末装置のカメラにより前記バーコードを撮像して前記接続情報を読み取る、通信システム。 - 無線LAN接続機能を持つ第1の通信端末装置と、無線LAN接続機能を持つ第2の通信端末装置と、無線LANアクセスポイント機能、及び表示機能を持つ通信装置と、を備える通信システムを構成する、前記通信装置であって、
前記第1の通信端末装置は、前記通信装置との無線LANでの接続を行い、
前記第2の通信端末装置は、前記第1の通信端末装置による許可に基づいて、前記通信装置との無線LANでの接続を行い、当該接続を通じて前記通信装置の表示機能を利用し、
前記第1の通信端末装置と前記通信装置は、前記第2の通信端末装置の前記通信装置への接続及び利用に関する許可の継続または終了の状況を確認する通信を行い、
前記通信装置は、前記許可の終了に基づいて、前記第2の通信端末装置との無線LANでの接続を解除し、前記表示機能の利用ができない状態にする、通信装置。 - 無線LAN接続機能を持つ第1の通信端末装置と、無線LAN接続機能を持つ第2の通信端末装置と、無線LANアクセスポイント機能、及び表示機能を持つ通信装置と、を備える通信システムを構成する、前記第1の通信端末装置である通信端末装置であって、
前記第1の通信端末装置は、前記通信装置との無線LANでの接続を行い、
前記第2の通信端末装置は、前記第1の通信端末装置による許可に基づいて、前記通信装置との無線LANでの接続を行い、当該接続を通じて前記通信装置の表示機能を利用し、
前記第1の通信端末装置と前記通信装置は、前記第2の通信端末装置の前記通信装置への接続及び利用に関する許可の継続または終了の状況を確認する通信を行い、
前記通信装置は、前記許可の終了に基づいて、前記第2の通信端末装置との無線LANでの接続を解除し、前記表示機能の利用ができない状態にする、通信端末装置。
