Claims (18)
- 撮像対象試料にX線を照射するX線源と、
撮像対象試料から発生する特性X線を検出するエネルギー分散型検出器と、
前記検出器で検出された特性X線のピークを数値化する信号処理手段と、
前記信号処理手段からの信号を基に画像を再構成する画像再構成手段と、
を備える、X線エネルギー別画像再構成装置。 - 前記検出器は、ライン状又はパネル状に配置される複数の副検出器を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記副検出器は、撮像対象試料の各元素由来の特性X線をフォトンカウンティングにより放射線エネルギースペクトルとして取得する検出器である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記検出器は、撮像対象試料の各元素由来の特性X線を放射線エネルギースペクトルとして取得し、
前記信号処理手段は、放射線エネルギースペクトルから得られる元素ごとの特性X線のピークを、閾値処理により元素ごとの数値データに変換する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記画像再構成手段は、前記信号処理手段からの元素ごとの特性X線ピークの数値データに基づき、撮像対象試料の元素ごとの画像を再構成し、各画像を一つに組み合わせることで、撮像対象試料の元素由来情報を含む3次元画像を取得する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記画像再構成手段は、逐次近似再構成アルゴリズムを用いる、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記X線源と前記検出器との間に配置された撮像対象試料を回転及び並進させる駆動機構をさらに備える、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記画像再構成手段により再構成された画像を表示するモニターをさらに備える、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 三次元座標軸上における測定対象物のX線CT画像を取得する画像取得手段と、
前記三次元座標軸上における前記測定対象物の三次元形状を実測する実測手段と、
前記画像取得手段で取得した前記測定対象物のX線CT画像のサイノグラムを、前記実測手段で実測した前記測定対象物の三次元形状のサイノグラムに収束させるように、前記X線CT画像を補正する画像補正手段と、を備える、
X線三次元測定装置。 - 前記画像補正手段は、最尤推定・期待値最大化再構成法を用いて前記X線CT画像を補正する、請求項9に記載のX線三次元測定装置。
- 前記画像補正手段は、フィルタ補正逆投影法、加算型ART法、乗算型ART法、SIRT法、勾配法、最急降下法、共役勾配法、MAP-EM法、Convex法の何れか一つを用いて前記X線CT画像を補正する、請求項9に記載のX線三次元測定装置。
- 撮像対象試料にX線を照射し、
撮像対象試料から発生する特性X線をエネルギー分散型検出器により検出し、
検出された特性X線のピークを数値化し、
特性X線ピークの数値データに基づき画像を再構成する、
X線エネルギー別画像再構成方法。 - 三次元座標軸上における測定対象物のX線CT画像を取得する画像取得工程と、
前記三次元座標軸上における前記測定対象物の三次元形状を実測する実測工程と、
前記画像取得工程で取得した前記測定対象物のX線CT画像のサイノグラムを、前記実測工程で実測した前記測定対象物の三次元形状のサイノグラムに収束させるように、前記X線CT画像を補正する画像補正工程と、を含む、
X線三次元測定方法。 - 前記画像補正工程では、最尤推定・期待値最大化再構成法を用いて前記X線CT画像を補正する、請求項13に記載のX線三次元測定方法。
- 前記画像補正工程では、フィルタ補正逆投影法、加算型ART法、乗算型ART法、SIRT法、勾配法、最急降下法、共役勾配法、MAP-EM法、Convex法の何れか一つを用いて前記X線CT画像を補正する、請求項13に記載のX線三次元測定方法。
- コンピュータに、三次元座標軸上において取得した測定対象物のX線CT画像のサイノグラムを、前記三次元座標軸上において実測した前記測定対象物の三次元形状のサイノグラムに収束させるように、前記X線CT画像を補正する画像補正工程を実行させる、X線三次元画像補正プログラム。
- 前記画像補正工程では、最尤推定・期待値最大化再構成法を用いて前記X線CT画像を補正する、請求項16に記載のX線三次元画像補正プログラム。
- 前記画像補正工程では、フィルタ補正逆投影法、加算型ART法、乗算型ART法、SIRT法、勾配法、最急降下法、共役勾配法、MAP-EM法、Convex法の何れか一つを用いて前記X線CT画像を補正する、請求項16に記載のX線三次元画像補正プログラム。
