下記組成の歯科用水系接着性組成物をプライマーとして調製した。さらに下記のM-1材及びM-2材を接着剤として調製し、これら2材を組み合わせて両者の重量比が1:1の分包型歯科用非水系硬化性組成物を作製した。M-1材とM-2材を混合した組成物中の亜硫酸ナトリウムは粉末状で分散していた。この歯科用水系接着性組成物と分包型歯科用非水系硬化性組成物からなる歯科用接着材料キットについて、下記の引張接着強さの試験(Q1)を行って引張接着強さを求めた。また、分包型歯科用非水系硬化性組成物について、曲げ強さの試験(Q2)を行って曲げ強さを求めた。結果を表1に示す。

ウシ下顎前歯の唇面を、流水下にて、#80のシリコン・カーバイド紙(日本研紙社製)で研磨して、象牙質の平坦面を形成した。平坦面を#1000のシリコン・カーバイド紙(日本研紙社製)を用いて、流水下にて、さらに研磨して、平滑面とした。平滑面に、直径4mmの丸穴を有する厚さ約150μmの粘着テープを貼着して、被着面積を規制した。次いで、上記丸穴内に、調製した歯科用水系接着性組成物P-1を筆を用いて塗布し、そのまま30秒間放置した後、エアーシリンジで接着性組成物の流動性が無くなるまで乾燥した。次いで、接着性組成物の塗布面に、M-1材とM-2材との混和物を小筆を用いて塗布した。塗布厚は約100μmとした。その塗布面に、市販の光重合型歯科用コンポジットレジン(クラレメディカル社製、商品名「クリアフィルAP-X」)を載置し、離型フィルム(クラレ社製、商品名「エバール」)を被せた後その離型フィルムの上にスライドガラスを載置して押し付け、歯科用可視光線照射器(J.Morita USA製、商品名「JETライト3000」)にて40秒間光照射して硬化させた。得られた硬化物に市販の歯科用レジンセメント(クラレメディカル社製、商品名「パナビアフルオロセメント」)を用いて7mmφ×25mmのSUS304製の円柱棒の一端を接着して試験片とした。試験片は全部で16個作製した。接着1時間後に試験片を37℃の水中に浸漬し、24時間後に水中から取り出して、万能試験機(島津製作所製)を用いて、引張接着強さを測定した。引張接着強さの測定は、クロス・ヘッドスピードを2mm/分に設定して行った。8個の試験片の測定値の平均値を引張接着強さとした。
調製した分包型歯科用非水系硬化性組成物の第1材と第2材を同量採取し、30秒間混和した。得られた混和物を、ステンレス製の金型(寸法2mm×2mm×25mm)に充填後、上下をスライドガラスで圧接し、37℃空気中に1時間放置して硬化させた。得られた硬化物を金型から外し、試験片とした。10個の試験片を作製し、バリ取りした。37℃の水中に24時間保管した後、万能試験機(島津製作所社製、商品コード「AGI-100」)を用いて、支点間距離20mm、クロス・ヘッドスピード1mm/分で曲げ強さを測定した。5個の試験片の測定値の平均値を曲げ強さとした。残りの試験片5個については、さらに70℃の水中に1週間保管した後、曲げ強さを測定した。これを曲げ耐久性とした。
実施例1の接着性組成物(P-1材)のDEPT1重量部に代えてDEPT0.2重量部とした下記組成のP-2材を調製した。このP-2材とM-1材及びM-2材について、先の引張接着強さの試験(Q1)を行なって、引張接着強さを求めた。また、分包型歯科用非水系硬化性組成物について、曲げ強さの試験(Q2)を行って曲げ強さを求めた。結果を表1に示す。

実施例5記載の歯科用接着剤(D-1材)のMDP10重量部の代わりにMAC-10 10重量部を配合し、GDEMA5重量部の代わりにNPG5重量部を配合し、歯科用接着剤(D-3材)を調製した。歯科用接着剤としてD-3材を用いた以外は実施例5と同様に試験した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用接着剤(D-1材)のMDP10重量部の代わりに4-METを10重量部配合し、歯科用接着剤(D-4材)を調製した。歯科用接着剤としてD-4材を用いた以外は実施例5と同様に試験した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用接着剤(D-1材)のMDP10重量部の代わりにPMを10重量部配合し、DEPT2重量部の代わりにDMPT2重量部配合し、歯科用接着剤(D-5材)を調製した。歯科用接着剤としてD-5材を用いた以外は実施例5と同様に試験した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用接着剤(D-1材)のMDP10重量部を15重量部配合に変更し、HEMA25重量部をHEMA30重量部配合に変更し、GDEMA5重量部を10重量部配合に変更し、Bis-GMA30重量部を15重量部に変更し、歯科用接着剤(D-6材)を調製した。歯科用接着剤としてD-6材を用いた以外は実施例5と同様に試験した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用接着剤(D-1材)のMDP10重量部を20重量部配合に変更し、HEMA25重量部をHEMA10重量部配合に変更し、GDEMA5重量部を0重量部配合に変更し、Bis-GMA30重量部を40重量部に変更し、歯科用接着剤(D-7材)を調製した。歯科用接着剤としてD-7材を用いた以外は実施例5と同様に試験した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用接着剤(D-1材)のCQ2重量部を4重量部配合に変更し、PDE1重量部を2重量部配合に変更し、BAPO1重量部を3重量部配合に変更し、歯科用接着剤(D-8材)を調製した。歯科用接着剤としてD-8材を用いた以外は実施例5と同様に試験した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用接着剤(D-1材)のCQ2重量部を0重量部配合に変更し、PDE1重量部を0重量部配合に変更し、歯科用接着剤(D-9材)を調製した。歯科用接着剤としてD-9材を用いた以外は実施例5と同様に試験した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用接着剤(D-1材)のMDP10重量部を5重量部配合に変更し、HEMA25重量部を10重量部配合に変更し、GDEMA5重量部を0重量部に変更し、Bis-GMA30重量部を15重量部配合に変更し、水15重量部配合を45重量部に変更し、エタノール15重量部を25重量部に変更し、歯科用接着材(D-10材)を調製した。歯科用接着剤としてD-10材を用いた以外は実施例5と同様に試験した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用接着剤(D-1材)のHEMA25重量部を20重量部に変更し、GDEMA5重量部を0重量部に変更し、水15重量部を5重量部に変更し、エタノール15重量部を35重量部に変更し、歯科用接着剤(D-11材)を調製した。歯科用接着剤としてD-11材を用いた以外は実施例5と同様に試験した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用接着剤(D-1材)のR972(フィラー)5重量部を1重量部配合に変更し、歯科用接着剤(D-12材)を調製した。歯科用接着剤としてD-12材を用いた以外は実施例5と同様に試験した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用接着剤(D-1材)のR972(フィラー)5重量部を8重量部配合に変更し、歯科用接着剤(D-13材)を調製した。歯科用接着剤としてD-13材を用いた以外は実施例5と同様に試験した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用水系接着剤(D-1材)のDEPT2重量部を0重量部に変更し、歯科用接着剤(D-14材)を調製した。また、実施例4の(B-1材)のDEPT1.5重量部を0重量部に変更し、(B-2材)を調製した。歯科用接着剤として(D-1材)、(B-1材)の代わりに(D-14材)及び(B-2材)を用いた以外は実施例5と同様に試験した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用接着剤(D-1材)のDEPTの配合量を2重量部から0.5重量部にし、歯科用接着剤(D-15材)を調製した。さらに、B-1材のDEPTの配合量を1.5重量部から1重量部にし第2材(B-3材)を調製した。歯科用接着剤としてD-15材、歯科用硬化性組成物の第2材にB-3材を用いた以外は実施例5と同様に試験した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例18記載の第2材(B-3材)のDEPT配合量を1重量部から2重量部にし、第2材(B-4材)を調製した。歯科用硬化性組成物の第2材にB-4材を用いた以外は実施例18と同様に試験した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用接着剤(D-1材)のDEPTの配合量を2重量部から1.5重量部にし、歯科用接着剤(D-16材)を調製した。歯科用接着剤としてD-16材を用いた以外は実施例18と同様に試験した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例20記載の第2材(B-3材)の代わりに実施例19記載の第2材(B-4材)を用いた以外は実施例20と同様に試験した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例20記載の第2材(B-3材)のDEPT配合量を1重量部から4重量部に変更し、第2材(B-5材)を調製した。歯科用硬化性組成物の第2材にB-5材を用いた以外は実施例20と同様に試験した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用接着剤(D-1材)のDEPTの配合量を2重量部から8重量部にし、歯科用接着剤(D-17材)を調製した。歯科用接着剤としてD-17材を用い、歯科用硬化性組成物の第2材に実施例18記載のB-3材を用いた以外は実施例5と同様に試験した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例18記載の第1材(A-1材)のTEGDMA35重量部を15重量部に変更し、GDEMA10重量部を5重量部に変更し、Bis-GMA30重量部を45重量部に変更し、D2.6E25重量部を35重量部に変更し、第1材を(A-2材)を調製した。また、第2材(B-3材)のTEGDMA20重量部を15重量部に変更し、GDEMA10重量部を5重量部に変更し、Bis-GMA30重量部を45重量部に変更し、D2.6E40重量部を35重量部に変更し、第2材を(B-6材)を調製した。歯科用硬化性組成物の第1材にA-2材、第2材にB-6材を用いた以外は実施例18と同様に試験した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例18記載の第1材(A-1材)のTEGDMA35重量部を40重量部に変更し、GDEMA10重量部を5重量部に変更し、Bis-GMA30重量部を10重量部に変更し、D2.6E25重量部を10重量部に変更し、第1材を(A-3材)を調製した。また、第2材(B-3材)のTEGDMA20重量部を40重量部に変更し、GDEMA10重量部を5重量部に変更し、Bis-GMA30重量部を10重量部に変更し、D2.6E40重量部を10重量部に変更し、第2材を(B-7材)を調製した。歯科用硬化性組成物の第1材にA-3材、第2材にB-7材を用いた以外は実施例18と同様に試験した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例18記載の第1材(A-1材)のBPO1.5重量部を0.5重量部に変更し、第1材(A-4材)を調製した。歯科用硬化性組成物の第1材にA-4材を用いた以外は実施例18と同様に試験した。結果を表3に示す。

実施例18記載の第1材(A-1材)のシラン処理Baガラス288重量部を500重量部に変更し、第1材(A-7材)を調製した。また、第2材(B-3材)のシラン処理Baガラス288重量部を500重量部に変更し、第2材(B-9材)を調製した。歯科用硬化性組成物の第1材にA-7材、第2材にB-9材を用いた以外は実施例18と同様に試験した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用硬化性組成物第2材(B-1材)の亜硫酸ナトリウム粉末の配合量を1重量部から0.1重量部に変更し、B-10材を調製した。歯科用硬化性組成物の第2材にB-10材を用いた以外は実施例5と同様に試験した。結果を表4に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用硬化性組成物第2材(B-1材)の亜硫酸ナトリウム粉末の配合量を1重量部から3重量部に変更し、B-11材を調製した。歯科用硬化性組成物の第2材にB-11材を用いた以外は実施例30と同様に試験した。結果を表4に示す。
実施例5記載の歯科用硬化性組成物第2材(B-1材)の亜硫酸ナトリウム粉末の配合量を1重量部から0重量部に変更し、B-12材を調製した。歯科用硬化性組成物の第2材にB-12材を用いた以外は実施例30と同様に試験した。結果を表4に示す。
実施例4記載の歯科用硬化性組成物第1材(A-1材)にCQを1.5重量部、BAPOを0.2重量部配合し、A-8材を調製した。さらに、実施例4記載の歯科用硬化性組成物第2材(B-1材)にPDEを2重量部配合し、B-13材を調製した。D-1材とこれらA-8材及びB-13材について、下記の引張接着強さの試験(Q4)及び曲げ強さの試験(Q5)を行い、接着強さ及び曲げ強さを求めた。結果を表5に示す。

調製した分包型歯科用非水系硬化性組成物の第1材と第2材を同量採取し、30秒間混和した。得られた混和物を、ステンレス製の金型(寸法2mm×2mm×25mm)に充填後、上下をスライドガラスで圧接し、歯科用可視光照射器(株式会社モリタ製、ジェットライト3000)で、1点20秒で、片面を5点ずつ、両面に光を照射して硬化させた。硬化物を金型から外し、試験片とした。10個の試験片を作製し、バリ取りした。37℃の水中に24時間保管した後、万能試験機(島津製作所社製、商品コード「AGI-100」)を用いて、支点間距離20mm、クロス・ヘッドスピード1mm/分で曲げ強さを測定した。5個の試験片の測定値の平均値を曲げ強さとした。残りの試験片5個については、さらに70℃の水中に1週間保管した後、曲げ強さを測定した。これを曲げ耐久性とした。
実施例32記載の歯科用硬化性組成物第1材(A-8材)のCQの配合量を0.1重量部に、BAPOを0.5重量部に変更し、A-9材を調製した。さらに、実施例32記載の歯科用硬化性組成物第2材(B-13材)のPDEの配合量を0.2重量部に変更し、B-14材を調製した。D-1材とこれらA-9材及びB-14材について、実施例32と同様に引張り接着強さ及び曲げ強さを求めた。結果を表5に示す。

- 歯科用水系接着性組成物(A)と分包型歯科用非水系硬化性組成物(B)とを含む歯科用接着材料キットであって、
前記歯科用水系接着性組成物(A)は、酸性基含有重合性単量体(a)、酸性基を含まない脂肪族重合性単量体(b)、水(c)、及びイオウ原子を含まないアミン系還元剤(d1)を含有し、
前記分包型歯科用非水系硬化性組成物(B)は、酸性基を含まない脂肪族重合性単量体(b)、酸性基を含まない芳香族重合性単量体(e)、イオウ原子を含む粉末状水溶性還元性化合物(f)、有機過酸化物(g)、及びイオウ原子を含まないアミン系還元剤(d2)を含有する歯科用接着材料キット。 - 前記歯科用水系接着性組成物(A)に含まれる重合性単量体及び溶媒の総量100重量部中において、前記酸性基含有重合性単量体(a)が1~40重量部、前記酸性基を含まない脂肪族重合性単量体(b)が10~50重量部、前記水(c)が5~75重量部含有され、かつ前記歯科用水系接着性組成物(A)中の重合性単量体の総量100重量部に対して、前記アミン系還元剤(d1)が0.1~10重量部含有され、
前記分包型歯科用非水系硬化性組成物(B)中の重合性単量体の総量100重量部中において、前記酸性基を含まない脂肪族重合性単量体(b)が20~75重量部、前記酸性基を含まない芳香族重合性単量体(e)が25~80重量部含有され、かつ前記分包型歯科用非水系硬化性組成物(B)中の重合性単量体の総量100重量部に対して、前記粉末状水溶性還元性化合物(f)が0.1~3重量部、前記有機過酸化物(g)が0.1~10重量部、前記アミン系還元剤(d2)が0.25~4重量部含有される請求項1に記載の歯科用接着材料キット。 - 前記歯科用水系接着性組成物(A)に含まれる重合性単量体の総量を100重量部とした場合の前記アミン系還元剤(d1)と、前記歯科用非水系硬化性組成物(B)に含まれる重合性単量体の総量を100重量部とした場合の前記アミン系還元剤(d2)の重量比(d1/d2)が、0.5/1~35/1である請求項2に記載の歯科用接着材料キット。
