Abstract

【課題】液晶配向性を有し、且つ高透明性、高平坦化性を実現する硬化膜を形成できる熱硬化膜形成用樹脂組成物を提供すること。 【解決手段】(A)成分及び(B)成分を含有する熱硬化膜形成用樹脂組成物。 (A)成分:下記式(1)及び式(2)で表される構造単位を有するポリイミド前駆体、 (B)成分:ビスマレイミド化合物。 (式中、A1は脂環構造を含む有機基であり、A2は脂肪族環とベンゼン環が縮合した構造を含む有機基を有する構造を含む有機基であり、B1及びB2のうちの少なくとも一方は-SO2-構造を含む有機基であり、R1、R2、R3、R4は、それぞれ独立して水素原子又は炭素原子数1乃至7の有機基を表す。)
