Abstract
Appareil servant à dérouler un fil, tel qu'une fibre optique, comportant un moyen de support (3) servant à supporter en rotation un dévidoir (4), ainsi qu'un moyen de freinage (2) servant à freiner la rotation du dévidoir. Afin d'obtenir une tension initiale élevée (F2) pour le fil (8) devant être déroulé avec une faible tension initiale (F1), l'appareil comporte une roue de freinage (6) qui reçoit un fil (8) déroulé du dévidoir, et qui est reliée à ce dernier par l'intermédiaire du moyen de freinage (2) de manière telle que le dévidoir et la roue de freinage tournent dans des sens contraires.
