Strap-receiving openings 5 are made in the ends of these ears and also in the ends of the base-frame. From an intermediate portion of the base-frame projects an upstanding longitudinally-disposed rein guide frame comprising oppositely-disposed guide-loops 6, the inner ends of which are spaced apart and connected by a cross-arm '7, upon which is arranged an ornamental head 8, that is connected to said cross-arm by a contracted neck 9 and is provided with artistically-shaped openings 10.
