ANNIE G. THYNG, OF NEW YORK, N. Y., ASSIGNOR TO THE CHENEY BROTHERS, OF SOUTH MANCHESTER, CONNECTICUT.
DESIGN FOR A TEXTILE FABRIC.
SIEOIFIOATION forming part of Design No. 21,998, dated November 22, 1892.
Application filed September 12, 1892. Serial No. 445,708. Term of patent 3% years.
To all whom, it may concern.-
Be itknown that I, ANNIE G. THYNG, of New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Textile Fabrics, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.
My invention relates to a design to be wrought into a fabric or printed or similarly displayed upon the surface of such fabrics as may be used for hangings, draperies, or upon dress goods or the like, and the said design may be produced in such colors and tints as may be desired.
My invention consists in the novel configuration and grouping of the figure herein specifically shown and claimed, wherein is represented a flower called the sweet-pea. In the drawings there is represented a number of such flowers in diiferent stages of growth 'from the bud to a full-blown sweet-pea, and
leaves are also represented. These flowers are represented singly and in various groups or bunches, the flowers and stems being crossed and arranged in various positions, the whole forming a design artistically arranged over the background on which they may be produced.
The accompanying drawing is a plan view of a piece of printed fabric showing my design.
What I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is
The design for a textile fabric, as herein described, and as shown in the accompanying drawing.
ANNIE G. THYNG.
