DESIGN FOR A GLASS DISH.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 21,620, dated June 14, 1892.
Application filed January 18, 1892. Serial 0.418,!106. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern..-
Be it known that we, BENJAMIN BENNETT, residing at Jeannette, in the county of Westmoreland, and HENRY SELLERS MCKEE, residing at Allegheny city, in the county of Allegheny, State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new and original Design for Glassware; and we do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description thereof.
Our design relates to glass receptacles, such as glass dishes, jars, &c.; and it consists, generally stated, in a glass body or bowl having an annular horizontal flange passing out from the base thereof and feet extending down from said annular horizontal flange.
The accompanying drawing illustrates our design by a perspective view.
In the drawing the design is illustrated in :0 connection with a pickle-jar having the body portion a, which is to receive acap,but which cap forms no part of the present design, said body portion having any desired surface ornamentation. An annular horizontal flange 1) passes out of the base of the said body portion, and extending down from the said horizontal flange are the feet 0.
