DESIGN FOR A BUTTON.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 20,216, dated October 21, 1890.

Application filed August- 13, 1890. Serial No. 361,938. Term of patent 7 years.

To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, Isaac SIPPILI, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the city of New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new De sign for Buttons, of which the following is a specification.

In the accompanying drawing, forming a part of this specification, a face view of my new design for buttons is shown.

The leading feature of my design consists in a circular button having thereon a representation of the United States flag, a series of stars Semicircularly set in the upper portion of the design, and a semicircular space in the lower portion adapted to receive suitable words, completing the circle around the flag.

A represents the United States flag; lithe stars; U, an ornamental circle, and l) the flagstait.

Having thus described my design, I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent The design for a button, as herein shown and described.

In testimony that I claim the foregoing as my invention I have signed my name in presence of two subscribing witnesses.
