Description
發明領域 本發明是有關於使用在切削及/或研磨金屬之金屬加工上的水溶性金屬加工油組成物、金屬加工液及金屬加工方法。
發明背景 本發明是有關於水溶性金屬加工油組成物,是有關於例如可使用在不鏽鋼等難加工材之切削及/或研磨加工之水溶性金屬加工油組成物。
在切削加工或研磨加工等之金屬加工領域中,基於提升加工效率、抑制被加工材與對被加工材進行加工之工具間的摩擦、工具之壽命延長效果、去除切屑等目的,而使用金屬加工油。金屬加工油方面有礦物油、動植物油、合成油等以油分為主成分者,以及在油分中摻混具界面活性之化合物而經賦予水溶性者。近年來,有鑑於安全性等理由,例如抑制加工時之放熱等引發之火災,而漸多使用經賦予水溶性之水溶性金屬加工油。
水溶性金屬加工油中,基於提升切削加工或研磨加工之效率的觀點,而廣泛使用硫系、磷系、氯系及有機金屬鹽等極壓劑(參照例如專利文獻1、2)。而一方面,基於對環境負荷、對人體不良影響之隱憂,未摻混上述極壓劑之水溶性金屬加工油也正受檢討中,現為人知的有例如含蓖麻油酸等羧酸之聚合物的水溶性金屬加工油(參照例如專利文獻3及4参照)。這種羧酸之聚合物,吾人正在嘗試藉由與例如鹼併用來提高對水的溶解性。 專利文獻3揭示一種水溶性金屬加工油,其以碳數18~20且羥基在1個以上之羥脂肪酸與碳數18~20之單羥脂肪酸的縮聚物及鹼作為必須成分。又,專利文獻4揭示一種水溶性潤滑油組成物,其含有羥脂肪酸縮聚物並同時含有植物油脂及含氮環狀化合物。 先行技術文獻

發明欲解決之課題 然而,專利文獻3及4所揭示之水溶性金屬加工油,在對加工困難性高之難加工材諸如不鏽鋼進行研磨加工時,有無法獲得充分加工性能的傾向。又,若使用水溶性金屬加工油組成物,很難獲得與非水溶性金屬加工油劑同等加工性能,例如難以獲得高研磨量。
本發明係有鑑於以上情況而成者。即,本發明課題係以提供一種水溶性金屬加工油組成物為目的,該水溶性金屬加工油組成物可使用於不鏽鋼等難加工材之金屬加工,且可具有與非水溶性金屬加工油同等加工性能,例如具有很高的研磨性能,本發明目的亦提供將該水溶性金屬加工油組成物以水稀釋而成之金屬加工液、以及使用該等之金屬加工方法。 用以解決課題之手段
本發明群專精研討,結果發現水溶性潤滑油組成物藉由含特定量之特定(A)~(C)成分作為必要成分,即可解決上述課題,於是完成以下之發明。 即,本發明提供以下之[1]~[3]。 [1]一種水溶性金屬加工油組成物,含有: 基材(A),計3.5~20質量%; 使至少1種碳數10~24之羧酸脫水縮合而成之羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)或該羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)與羧酸(B’)之混合物(B2),計34~76質量%;及 胺(C),計9~39質量%。 [2]一種金屬加工液,係將如上述[1]記載之水溶性金屬加工油組成物以水稀釋而成者。 [3]一種金屬加工方法,係使用如上述[1]記載之水溶性金屬加工油組成物或如上述[2]記載之金屬加工液來加工金屬。 發明效果
依據本發明,可提供適用於不鏽鋼等難加工材之金屬加工且與非水溶性金屬加工油具有同等加工性能之水溶性金屬加工油組成物、將該水溶性金屬加工油組成物以水稀釋而成之金屬加工液、以及使用該等之金屬加工方法。
較佳實施例之詳細說明 以下,針對本發明之實施形態詳細說明。 [水溶性金屬加工油組成物(原液)] 本發明實施形態之水溶性金屬加工油組成物(以下亦稱「原液」)含有以下成分(A)、成分(B1)或(B2)以及成分(C)。 再者,本實施形態之水溶性金屬加工油組成物中的成分(A)~(C)之合計含量不超過100質量%。
<基材(A)> 本實施形態之水溶性金屬加工油組成物中所含的基材(A),可使用選自於水及基油之至少1種。基材(A)可以只有水或基油,也可以是水及基油的混合物。作為基材(A)來使用的水並無特別限定,蒸餾水、離子交換水、自來水、工業用水等任一種皆可。
作為基材(A)來使用的基油並無特別限定,可適當選擇一般切削及/或研磨用金屬加工油中所含之物。具體而言,可舉礦油及合成油。 以礦油而言,可舉例如將烯烴系原油、混合系原油或環烷烴系原油進行常壓蒸餾、或將常壓蒸餾之殘渣油予以減壓蒸餾所得之蒸餾油,或依據常法將其精煉所得之精煉油,諸如溶劑精煉油、氫化精煉油、脫蠟處理油、白土處理油等。 以合成油而言,可舉例如聚丁烯、聚丙烯、碳數8~14之α-烯烴寡聚物及該等之氫化物、甚且多元醇酯(三羥甲基丙烷之脂肪酸酯、新戊四醇之脂肪酸酯等)或二元酸酯、芳香族聚羧酸酯、磷酸酯等酯系化合物、烷基苯、烷基萘等烷基芳香族化合物、聚伸烷二醇等聚二醇油、聚矽氧油等。
該等基油可使用一種,也可適當組合二種以上來使用。基油一般是使用在40℃下之動黏度為1~1000mm2
/s之物,以使用2~500mm2
/s之物為佳。 另外,本說明書中所謂動黏度是依循JIS K 2283:2000所測定者。
本發明之水溶性金屬加工油組成物,含有基材(A)計3.5~20質量%,以4~18質量%為佳,4~17質量%較佳,更佳為5~10質量%。基材(A)之含量若低於3.5質量%,不利於成本面,且無法確保原液穩定性。又,基材(A)之含量若超過20質量%,無法確保原液穩定性。
本實施形態中,水溶性金屬加工油組成物包含使至少1種碳數10~24之羧酸脫水縮合而成之羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)或該羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)與羧酸(B’)之混合物(B2)來作為源自羧酸之成分。以下詳述。
<羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)> 本實施形態之水溶性金屬加工油組成物包含使至少1種碳數10~24之羧酸脫水縮合而成之羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)。上述羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)之具體態樣,可舉例如選自於碳數12~22之羧酸(b1)之脫水縮合物、及碳數12~22之羧酸(b1)與異於該(b1)之羧酸(b2)之脫水縮合物之至少1種羧酸脫水縮合物。 碳數12~22之羧酸(b1)可使用源自天然之羧酸。這種源自天然之碳數12~22之羧酸,可舉例如具有各一個醇性羥基、羧基、雙鍵之不飽和羧酸,具體而言可舉蓖麻油酸(12-羥-9-十八烯酸)。另外,也可使用天然篦蔴油中所含的羧酸。
異於(b1)之羧酸(b2),1元以上之飽和脂肪族羧酸或不飽和脂肪族羧酸皆可。不過,若有碳數小的羧酸以未反應物殘留下來的話,會成為不悅氣味或金屬腐蝕的肇因,因此以碳數4以上之脂肪族羧酸為佳。又,脂肪族羧酸之碳數上限雖無特別限定,不過通常為30。 飽和脂肪族羧酸可列舉己酸、庚酸、辛酸、2-乙基己酸、天竺葵酸、異壬酸、癸酸、新癸酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕櫚酸、硬酯酸、花生酸、蘿酸及二十四酸等。不飽和脂肪族羧酸可列舉十一烯酸、油酸、反油酸、芥子酸、二十四烯酸、亞麻油酸、γ-次亞麻油酸、花生油酸、α-次亞麻油酸、十八碳四烯酸、二十碳五烯酸、及二十二碳六烯酸等。 再者,異於羧酸(b1)之羧酸(b2)只要是與已選擇作為羧酸(b1)之羧酸不同即可,其碳數可與羧酸(b1)重複。其中,以碳數10~24之脂肪族羧酸為佳,碳數12~20之脂肪族羧酸較佳。
碳數12~22之羧酸(b1)之脫水縮合物可藉由將蓖麻油酸等不飽和羧酸予以脫水縮合而得。例如,在惰性氣體環境下於200℃左右加熱,脫水縮合即開始,而可獲得脫水縮合物。 又,碳數12~22之羧酸(b1)與異於該(b1)之羧酸(b2)之脫水縮合物,可藉由於上述羧酸(b1)進一步加入羧酸(b2)進行脫水縮合來製得。 脫水縮合物之聚合度,可依據上述脫水縮合之反應時間來調整。若反應時間變長,可獲得聚合度高的縮合物。 上述羧酸之脫水縮合物的聚合度可以酸價來表示。本實施形態中,使至少1種碳數10~24之羧酸脫水縮合之羧酸脫水縮合物(B1),具體而言即選自於碳數12~22之羧酸(b1)之脫水縮合物、及碳數12~22之羧酸(b1)與異於該(b1)之羧酸(b2)之脫水縮合物之至少1種羧酸脫水縮合物(B1),其酸價以5~100mgKOH/g為佳,較佳為20~100mgKOH/g,更佳為30~90mgKOH/g。藉著羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)之酸價在上述範圍,可達成優異之加工性能,例如高研磨量。羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)之酸價若低於5mgKOH/g,則水溶性金屬加工油組成物本身的黏度會上升,恐有變得加工不良之虞。 再者,製得之羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)所具有的遊離羥基,亦可被任意羧酸所封端。用於封端之羧酸並無特別限定。
<羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)與羧酸(B’)之混合物(B2)> 本實施形態中之水溶性金屬加工油組成物,源自羧酸之成分、亦可取包含上述羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)與羧酸(B’)之混合物(B2)之態樣。羧酸(B’)可以是不飽和羧酸、飽和羧酸之任一者,也可具有直鏈狀結構、分支結構或環狀結構。例如,以總碳數4~30之單羧酸及二羧酸為佳,可舉松油脂肪酸等。再者,混合物(B2)中之羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)與羧酸(B’)的混合比可任意決定以獲得本案之功效。
本實施形態中之水溶性金屬加工油組成物,含有使至少1種碳數10~24之羧酸脫水縮合而成之羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)或該羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)與羧酸(B’)之混合物(B2)計34~76質量%。 成分(B1)或成分(B2)之含量若低於34質量%,則加工性能例如研磨量低劣。又,上述含量若超過76質量%,水溶性金屬加工油組成物之黏度變高,原液穩定性、稀釋液穩定性或兩者均無法保持。另外,處理性亦低劣。 水溶性金屬加工油組成物中之成分(B1)或成分(B2)的含量以34~75質量%為佳,較佳為39~70質量%,更佳為45~70質量%,50~65質量%尤佳,50~55質量%最佳。
<成分(C)> 本實施形態中之水溶性金屬加工油組成物含有胺作為成分(C)。胺(C)宜包含具羥基之胺(C-1)與不具羥基之胺(C-2)。藉由併用具羥基之胺(C-1)與不具羥基之胺(C-2),就算相對摻混較多量之羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)、或羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)與羧酸(B’)之混合物(B2),仍可提高水溶性金屬加工油組成物之原液穩定性。
具羥基之胺(C-1)可列舉單烷醇胺、二烷醇胺、三烷醇胺,具體而言可舉以下之通式(I)所示之化合物。 [化學式1]式中,n為0~2之整數,m為1~3之整數,但,n+m為3。R1

烷醇胺之具體例可列舉單異丙醇胺、二油基乙醇胺、二月桂基丙醇胺、二辛基乙醇胺、二丁基乙醇胺、二乙基乙醇胺、二甲基乙醇胺、二己基丙醇胺、二丁基丙醇胺等單烷醇胺;二乙醇胺、油基二乙醇胺、環己基二乙醇胺、硬脂基二丙醇胺、月桂基二乙醇胺、辛基二丙醇胺、丁基二乙醇胺、甲基二乙醇胺、苄基二乙醇胺、苯基二乙醇胺、□基二丙醇胺、茬基二乙醇胺等二烷醇胺;三乙醇胺、三丙醇胺、三異丙醇胺等之三烷醇胺等。
又,不具羥基之胺(C-2)可舉具有碳數1~30之直鏈狀、環狀或分枝狀飽和或不飽和烴基之烷基胺。又,該烴基可舉例如甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基、己基、環己基、庚基、環庚基、辛基、壬基、癸基、十一烷基、十二烷基、十三烷基、十四烷基、十五烷基、十六烷基、十七烷基、十八烷基、十九烷基、二十烷基、二十五烷基(pentaicosyl)、二十二烷基、二十三烷基、二十四烷基、二十五烷基(pentacosyl)、二十六烷基、二十七烷基、二十八烷基、二十九烷基及三十烷基等烷基、或己烯基、庚烯基、辛烯基、壬烯基、癸烯基、十一烯基、十二烯基、十三烯基、十四烯基、十五烯基、十六烯基、十七烯基、十八烯基、十九烯基、二十烯基、二十一烯基、二十二烯基、二十三烯基、二十四烯基、二十五烯基、二十六烯基、二十七烯基、二十八烯基、二十九烯基及三十烯基等烯基、或具有2個以上雙鍵之烴基等。不具羥基之胺(C-2)可使用1級~3級胺之任一者。
本實施形態中,具羥基之胺(C-1)與不具羥基之胺(C-2)之組合具體例,可舉例如選自於由單異丙醇胺、二異丙醇胺、三異丙醇胺及二乙醇胺所構成群組中之胺(C-1)、與二環己胺(C-2)之組合。
本實施形態之水溶性金屬加工油組成物含有胺(C)計9~39質量%。成分(C)之含量若低於9質量%,耐腐敗性降低又或原液穩定性差。成分(C)之含量若超過39質量%,在摻混其他成分上就必須減少,而變得無法兼顧原液穩定性或金屬加工性,例如研磨性。 為了抑制對人體之不良影響並顧及使耐腐敗性提升,成分(C)之含量以10~35質量%為佳,較佳為11~34質量%。
又,上述具羥基之胺(C-1)與不具羥基之胺(C-2)的質量比[(C-1)/(C-2)],以0.5~1.4為佳,0.6~1.3較佳,0.65~1.0更佳。質量比[(C-1)/(C-2)]在上述範圍時,水溶性金屬加工油組成物之原液穩定性及以水稀釋該水溶性金屬加工油組成物而得之金屬加工液稀釋液穩定性優異。 藉著在水溶性金屬加工油組成物中摻混(C)成分,其與組成物中所含之酸成分((B1)或(B2)成分等)形成鹽而提高酸成分對組成物之溶解性,藉此可獲得優異之原液穩定性。 再者,與酸成分形成鹽之鹼也可使用例如鹼金屬鹽等。但是,本實施形態中,為恐耐腐敗性低下因此並未使用這種鹼金屬鹽。
<成分(A)、(B1)及(B2)之質量比關係> 本實施形態中,上述羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)、或該羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)和羧酸(B’)之混合物(B2)、與基材(A)之質量比[(B1)/(A)]或[(B2)/(A)]以0.5~30為佳。藉由成分(B1)或(B2)與成分(A)之質量比在上述範圍,可使充分的加工性能諸如研磨性等、與水溶性金屬加工油組成物之原液穩定性得以兼顧。上述質量比[(B1)/(A)]或[(B2)/(A)]較佳為1~20,更佳為1~16,尤佳為2~13。
<成分(A)與成分(C)之質量比關係> 本實施形態中,胺(C)與基材(A)之質量比[(C)/(A)]以0.1~7.0為佳。藉由成分(C)與成分(A)之質量比在上述範圍,可良好保持水溶性金屬加工油組成物之原液穩定性,又成本面及處理性優異。上述質量比[(C)/(A)]較佳為0.3~6.5,更佳為0.5~5.9,尤佳為0.5~4.5。
<成分(B1)及(B2)、與成分(C)之質量比關係> 本實施形態中,上述羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)、或該羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)和羧酸(B’)之混合物(B2)、與胺(C)之質量比[(B1)/(C)]或[(B2)/(C)]以0.1~8.0為佳。藉由成分(B1)或(B2)與成分(C)之質量比在上述範圍,可使充分的加工性能諸如研磨性等、與水溶性金屬加工油組成物之原液穩定性得以兼顧。上述質量比[(B1)/(C)]或[(B2)/(C)]較佳為0.2~7.5,更佳為0.5~6.9,尤佳為1.0~6.9。
<其他成分(D)> 本實施形態之水溶性金屬加工油組成物中,在不阻礙本實施形態目的之範圍內可進一步摻混其他成分(D)。可摻混例如界面活性劑、潤滑性提升劑、金屬鈍化劑、消泡劑、殺菌劑、防鏽劑及抗氧化劑等。
(界面活性劑) 界面活性劑可列舉非離子性界面活性劑、陰離子性界面活性劑、陽離子性界面活性劑及兩性界面活性劑等。非離子性界面活性劑可舉聚氧伸乙基烷基醚、聚氧伸乙基烷基醚聚氧伸丙基伸烷基醚、聚氧伸乙基烷基苯基醚等醚、如脂肪酸烷醇醯胺這種醯胺。陰離子性界面活性劑有烷基苯磺酸鹽、α-烯烴磺酸鹽等。陽離子性界面活性劑有烷基三甲基銨鹽、二烷基二甲基銨鹽、烷基二甲基芐基銨鹽等四級銨鹽等。兩性界面活性劑,以甜菜鹼而言可舉烷基甜菜鹼等。
(潤滑性提升劑) 潤滑性提升劑可列舉蓖麻油、菜籽油等植物油、羊毛脂等油脂及該等之純化物等。
(金屬鈍化劑、抗氧化劑) 金屬鈍化劑可舉例如苯并三唑、咪唑啉、嘧啶衍生物及□二唑、磷酸鈉鹽、磷酸酯衍生物等。 抗氧化劑可舉烷基化二苯胺、苯-α-萘胺、烷基化苯-α-萘胺等胺系抗氧化劑;2,6-二-三級丁基酚、4,4’-亞甲基雙(2,6-二-三級丁基酚)、異辛基-3-(3,5-二-三級丁基-4-羥苯基)丙酸鹽、正十八烷基-3-(3,5-二-三級丁基-4-羥苯基)丙酸鹽等酚系抗氧化劑;二月桂基-3,3’-硫代二丙酸酯等硫系抗氧化劑;亞磷酸鹽等磷系抗氧化劑;甚至鉬系抗氧化劑等。
(殺菌劑、消泡劑、防鏽劑) 殺菌劑可舉例如三□系防腐劑、烷基苯并咪唑系防腐劑、異□唑啉系防腐劑、吡啶系防腐劑、苯酚系防腐劑、吡硫鎓(Pyrithione)系防腐劑等。 消泡劑可列舉聚矽氧系化合物、聚醚系化合物等。 防鏽劑可舉例如癸二酸(sebacic acid)及新癸酸。
本實施形態之水溶性金屬加工油組成物含有上述成分(D),以0.1~16質量%為佳,較佳為0.5~11質量%,更佳為1~6質量%。再者,含有多數成分作為成分(D)時,各成分係獨立以上述範圍含有。 成分(D)之含量若在0.1質量%以上,例如防鏽性、殺菌性及消泡性等各成分之效果即可充分發揮。又,令成分(D)之含量在16質量%以下,可確保水溶性金屬加工油組成物之原液穩定性。 再者,本實施形態之水溶性金屬加工油組成物中之成分(A)~(D)的合計含量,為不超過100質量%。 本發明之一態樣中,成分(A)、(B)及(C)之合計含量,以水溶性金屬加工油組成物總量(100質量%)基準計,宜為75~100質量%,較佳為80~100質量%。 本發明之一態樣中,成分(A)、(B)、(C)及(D)之合計含量,以水溶性金屬加工油組成物之總量(100質量%)基準計,以90~100質量%為佳,較佳為95~100質量%。
<金屬加工液(稀釋液)> 本實施形態之金屬加工液,係藉由將本發明水溶性金屬加工油組成物(原液)以水稀釋來製得。此處之水無論工業用水、自來水、井水、離子交換水、蒸餾水等任一種均可,並無特別限定。本實施形態中,宜將水溶性金屬加工油組成物以水進行稀釋成稀釋倍率2.5~50倍。稀釋倍率若在上述範圍,則黏度變得適切並容易處理且黏附少。進一步,由於含有原液組成物之成分(B1)或(B2)等有效成分,因此加工性能、例如研磨性優異。上述稀釋倍率以2.5~20倍較佳,5~10倍更佳。
本實施形態之水溶性金屬加工油組成物(原液)或金屬加工液(稀釋液)可適用於金屬加工例如金屬切削及/或研磨加工,可作為金屬研磨加工之研磨加工油來使用。作為被加工材料之金屬並無特別限定,可舉不鏽鋼、合金鋼、碳鋼、鋁合金、銅合金等為宜,針對不鏽鋼尤其可獲得絕佳效果。
接著,針對本實施形態之金屬加工方法進行說明。 <金屬加工方法> 以金屬加工之種類而言,可適用於切削加工、磨削加工、沖孔加工、研磨加工、深沖加工、抽伸加工、軋延加工等各種金屬加工領域,以研磨加工為佳。研磨加工可舉例如利用研磨帶對金屬進行研磨加工之方法。再者,所謂研磨帶,係由已在布、紙、塑膠、橡膠等形成之基體表面黏著有研磨材(砥粒)之無端環狀帶所構成之研磨工具,可適當選擇在研磨加工中經常使用之物。作為砥粒可使用例如二氧化鋁。本方法中作為被加工材料之金屬,係如上述。 又,本實施形態之水溶性金屬加工油組成物(原液)及金屬加工液(稀釋液)由於研磨性良好且可增大研磨量,因此適用於所謂粗研磨。 使用研磨帶之研磨加工係例如圖1所示,將在惰輪1及接觸滾輪2這種2個以上之滾子之間旋轉走行之研磨帶3表面按壓至由搬運帶4等搬運之被削材5來進行。此時,在被帶所按壓之被削材5之部分(研磨部),係供給本實施形態之水溶性金屬加工油組成物(原液)或金屬加工液(稀釋液)6。本實施形態之水溶性金屬加工油組成物(原液)或金屬加工液(稀釋液),可依例如從設於搬運帶4下方之油槽7供給至研磨部,同時使自研磨部落下之物再回到油槽7,依此一邊循環一邊供給至研磨部。 實施例
接著藉由實施例具體說明本發明,惟本發明不受該等例之任何限制。
<各評估方法> (1)原液穩定性評估 將各水溶性金屬加工油組成物(原液)置入100ml之透明玻璃瓶80ml,在0℃、25℃及50℃之恆溫槽中靜置24小時,觀察外觀,依以下之評估基準評估原液穩定性。 (原液穩定性之評估基準) ・合格:無分離、沉降・沉澱、及凝固 ・不合格:有分離、沉降・沉澱、或凝固
(2)稀釋液穩定性評估 將水溶性金屬加工油組成物(原液)以鎂調整水(Mg調整水)稀釋成5容量%之金屬加工液(稀釋液),該鎂調整水係已以水及氯化鎂調整成鎂離子含200ppm之物,觀察該金屬加工液(稀釋液)在24小時後之外觀。依以下之評估基準評估金屬加工液(稀釋液)之稀釋液穩定性。 (稀釋液穩定性之評估基準) ・合格:無分離及不均勻化 ・不合格:有分離或不均勻化 (3)研磨性能 將各水溶性金屬加工油組成物(原液)以水稀釋成10容量%製為金屬加工液(稀釋液)後,進行以下金屬加工。利用圖1之示意圖所示之研磨測試用裝置進行研磨性評估。亦即,圖1中,將載置於搬運帶4上之被削材5按壓至惰輪1與接觸滾輪2之間旋轉走行之研磨帶3,另一方面,一邊將上述金屬加工液(稀釋液)6自油槽7循環供給至研磨部並一邊進行研磨。針對1測試使用5片被削材,不留間隔連續通板。評估項目及測試條件如下。 (評估項目) 將前述測試進行合計100道通,評估研磨量。研磨量若在500g以上,即具有與非水溶性金屬加工油組成物同等之優異研磨性能。
(測試条件) ・研磨帶:氧化鋁80號 ・被研磨材:SUS304、幅寬90mm×長度1,000mm×厚度約3mm、每1測試各通板5片 ・速度:帶速度;1400m/min、送板速度;10m/min ・研磨方法:向下銑法 ・金屬加工液(稀釋液)溫度:40℃ ・荷重:1.5hp/inch(以固定之帶按壓力作評估)
實施例1~8及比較例1~6 依表1及表2中所示之摻混材料及比例來調製水溶性金屬加工油組成物(原液),如上所述般進行各種性能(研磨性、原液穩定性及稀釋液穩定性)評估。將結果顯示於表1及表2。各組成物摻混量之單位為「質量%」。

表1及2之摻混材料如下。 <摻混材料> (1)基油 ・環烷烴系礦油(40℃動黏度:27.77mm2
/s、100℃動黏度:4.210mm2
/s:依循JIS K 2283:2000來測定) (2)羧酸化合物 (B1) ・蓖麻油酸脫水縮合物1:將蓖麻油酸在氮氣流下200℃下進行加熱脫水縮合,進一步添加油酸加熱脫水縮合而成之縮合物,酸價:90mgKOH/g、羥值:15mgKOH/g、皂化值:195mgKOH/g。 ・蓖麻油酸脫水縮合物2:將蓖麻油酸在氮氣流下在200℃下進行加熱脫水縮合而成之縮合物,酸價:34mgKOH/g、羥值:28mgKOH/g、皂化值:198mgKOH/g。 (B’)羧酸:松油脂肪酸 (3)其他成分 ・非離子性界面活性劑1(聚氧伸乙基聚氧伸丙基伸烷基醚、HLB:13)
實施例之水溶性金屬加工油組成物無論在研磨性能、原液穩定性及稀釋液穩定性各性能上均良好。 產業上之可利用性
依據本實施形態,可獲得水溶性金屬加工油組成物,其可使用於不鏽鋼等難加工材之金屬加工,即使是基於提升生產性之目的而提高研磨量之情況下,其仍與非水溶性金屬加工油具有同等加工性能。本實施形態之水溶性金屬加工油組成物及將該水溶性金屬加工油組成物以水稀釋而成之金屬加工液,可適當使用在切削或研磨加工,其中又適宜使用在採用研磨帶之研磨加工。

Claims (12)
- 一種水溶性金屬加工油組成物,含有: 基材(A),計3.5~20質量%; 使至少1種碳數10~24之羧酸脫水縮合而成之羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)或該羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)與羧酸(B’)之混合物(B2),計34~76質量%;及 胺(C),計9~39質量%。
- 如請求項1之水溶性金屬加工油組成物,其中前述碳數10~24之羧酸為蓖麻油酸。
- 如請求項1或2之水溶性金屬加工油組成物,其中羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)之酸價為5~100mgKOH/g。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之水溶性金屬加工油組成物,其含有具羥基之胺(C-1)與不具羥基之胺(C-2)作為胺(C)。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項之水溶性金屬加工油組成物,其中羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)或該羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)和羧酸(B’)之混合物(B2)與基材(A)之質量比[(B1)/(A)]或[(B2)/(A)]為0.5~30。
- 如請求項1至5中任一項之水溶性金屬加工油組成物,其中胺(C)與基材(A)之質量比[(C)/(A)]為0.1~7.0。
- 如請求項1至6中任一項之水溶性金屬加工油組成物,其中羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)或該羧酸脫水縮合物(B1)和羧酸(B’)之混合物(B2)與胺(C)之質量比[(B1)/(C)]或[(B2)/(C)]為0.1~8.0。
- 如請求項1至7中任一項之水溶性金屬加工油組成物,其係用於金屬之研磨加工的研磨加工油。
- 如請求項1至8中任一項之水溶性金屬加工油組成物,其係用於不鏽鋼加工。
- 一種金屬加工液,係將如請求項1至9中任一項之水溶性金屬加工油組成物以水稀釋而成者。
- 一種金屬加工方法,係使用如請求項1至9中任一項之水溶性金屬加工油組成物或如請求項10之金屬加工液來加工金屬。
- 如請求項11之金屬加工方法,其係以研磨帶來研磨加工金屬。
