Abstract
Mevcut buluş, atıktan geri kazanılmış olan bir divalent metal iyonu karbonatından bir çöktürülmüş divalent metal iyonu karbonatı ürününün üretilmesine yönelik bir proses ile ilgilidir, çöktürülmüş divalent metal iyonu karbonat ürünü, artırılmış bir parlaklığa sahiptir, proses şu adımları içermektedir: düşük saflıktaki bir divalent metal iyonu karbonat malzemenin sağlanması, divalent metal iyonu karbonat malzemesi atıktan geri kazanılmaktadır; bir divalent metal iyon oksidin elde edilmesi için divalent metal iyonu karbonat malzemesinin kalsine edilmesi; bir divalent metal iyonu hidroksitinin bir sulu süspansiyonunun elde edilmesi için divalent metal iyonu oksidinin söndürülmesi; ince çöktürülmüş divalent metal iyonu karbonatı ürünlerinin elde edilmesi için bir karbon dioksit içeren bileşik ile divalent metal iyon hidroksitin sulu süspansiyonunun karbonatlanması; ince ayrık çöktürülmüş divalent metal iyonu karbonatı partiküllerinin elde edilmesi için ince çöktürülmüş divalent metal iyonu karbonatı partiküllerinin art işleme alınması; neticede oluşan reaksiyon karışımının elde edilmesi amacıyla yüksek saflıktaki divalent metal iyonu hidroksitinin söndürülmesi vasıtasıyla elde edilmiş olan divalent metal iyonu hidroksitinin bir sulu süspansiyonuna ince ayrık çöktürülmüş divalent metal iyonu karbonatı partiküllerinin ilave edilmesi; ve artırılmış bir parlaklığa sahip olan çöktürülmüş divalent metal iyonu karbonatı ürününün elde edilmesi amacıyla neticede oluşan reaksiyon karışımının karbonatlanması.
