С целью повьппени огневой стойкости и уменьшени склонности изделий к деформации в процессе обжига за счет повьшени пироштастической в зкости, керамическа масса содержит следующие компоненты, мас.%: глина легкоплавка 25-30 глина огне- . упорна 26-29 гранитные отсевы 10- 16i плиточный бой 5-10j стеклобой 2,5-6j нефелин-згирин-полевошпатовые отходы 10-15; шамот 0,5-15. Физико- механические показатели плиток сле- дуквцие: максимальна температура обжига 950-960 С, водопоглощение 12,3- 14,9%, предел прочности при изгибе в сухом состо нии 11,2-12,9 кг/см, КЛТР (при 400°С) (6,0-6,4)-10- пиропластическа в зкость (8,2- 9,1) 10 Па-с. 1 табл. и -1 - град , с Ф СЛThe invention relates to the production of ceramic tiles.
