Abstract
При способе разделения пробы жидкости, имеющей фазовые части с различными плотностями, путем центробежного разделения применяют сосуд для разделения фаз. Сосуд для разделения фаз содержит корпус, имеющий концентричные внутреннюю и наружную стенки, определяющие продольную ось, и верхнюю стенку, а также поршень, представляющий собой нижнюю стенку корпуса. Поршень вместе с наружной цилиндрической стенкой, внутренней цилиндрической стенкой и верхней стенкой ограничивает кольцевую камеру для приема пробы жидкости. Поршень может перемещаться в кольцевой камере для слива фазовой части, отделенной от пробы жидкости, через сливной канал, сообщающийся с кольцевой камерой. Сосуд для разделения фаз имеет также реакционную камеру, в которой обрабатывают фазовую часть, удаленную из кольцевой камеры. Устройство также содержит средства для подачи пробы жидкости в кольцевую камеру, электродвигатель для вращения сосуда для разделения фаз вокруг его продольной оси с частотой вращения, вызывающей разделение пробы жидкости на фазовые части, и исполнительный механизм для перемещения поршня в кольцевой камере.
Claims (1)
- При способе разделения пробы жидкости, имеющей фазовые части с различными плотностями, путем центробежного разделения применяют сосуд для разделения фаз. Сосуд для разделения фаз содержит корпус, имеющий концентричные внутреннюю и наружную стенки, определяющие продольную ось, и верхнюю стенку, а также поршень, представляющий собой нижнюю стенку корпуса. Поршень вместе с наружной цилиндрической стенкой, внутренней цилиндрической стенкой и верхней стенкой ограничивает кольцевую камеру для приема пробы жидкости. Поршень может перемещаться в кольцевой камере для слива фазовой части, отделенной от пробы жидкости, через сливной канал, сообщающийся с кольцевой камерой. Сосуд для разделения фаз имеет также реакционную камеру, в которой обрабатывают фазовую часть, удаленную из кольцевой камеры. Устройство также содержит средства для подачи пробы жидкости в кольцевую камеру, электродвигатель для вращения сосуда для разделения фаз вокруг его продольной оси с частотой вращения, вызывающей разделение пробы жидкости на фазовые части, и исполнительный механизм для перемещения поршня в кольцевой камере.
