Claims (20)
1. Композиционная плита, по меньшей мере частично изготовленная из нетканого композиционного материала, при этом указанный нетканый композиционный материал содержит:
- распущенные природные волокна и/или стекловолокна,
- пластмассовые волокна, и
- от 0 до 50% масс, термоотвердителя.
2. Композиционная плита по п. 1, содержащая по меньшей мере 40% масс., по меньшей мере 50% масс., или по меньшей мере 60% масс., или по меньшей мере 80% масс., или по меньшей мере 90% масс. распущенных природных волокон и/или стекловолокон.
3. Композиционная плита по любому из пп. 1-2, содержащая менее 60% масс., или менее 50% масс., или менее 40% масс., или менее 20% масс., или менее 10% масс., или менее 5% пластмассовых волокон.
4. Композиционная плита по любому из пп. 1-3, содержащая менее 40% масс., или менее 25% масс., или менее 20% масс., или менее 10% масс., или менее 5% термоотвердителя.
5. Композиционная плита по п. 4, содержащая от 50 до 75% масс. распущенных природных волокон и/или стекловолокон, от 10 до 40% масс. пластмассовых волокон и от 10 до 40% масс. термоотвердителя.
6. Композиционная плита по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающаяся тем, что нетканый композиционный материал дополнительно содержит двухкомпонентные волокна.
7. Композиционная плита по любому из пп. 1-6, содержащая на одной или более сторон один или более отделочных слоев, в том числе, необязательно, предварительно запечатывающий слой и/или напечатанный декорированный слой.
8. Способ получения композиционной плиты, включающий смешивание распущенных природных волокон и/или стекловолокон с пластмассовыми волокнами и с от 0 до 50% масс. термоотвердителя и термоформование указанной смеси с получением слоя нетканого композиционного материала.
9. Способ получения композиционной плиты по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что термоформование включает нагрев паром или нагрев путем инжекции пара или микроволновой нагрев.
10. Способ получения композиционной плиты по любому из пп. 8 или 9, отличающийся тем, что смешивают от 40 до 90% масс. распущенных природных волокон и/или стекловолокон, от 10 до 60% масс. пластмассовых волокон.
11. Способ получения композиционной плиты по любому из пп. 8-10, отличающийся тем, что смешивают от 40 до 90% масс. распущенных природных волокон и/или стекловолокон, от 40 до 5% масс. пластмассовых волокон и от 40 до 5% масс. термоотвердителя.
12. Способ получения композиционной плиты по любому из пп. 8-11, отличающийся тем, что стадия смешивания включает воздушную укладку, пробивку иглой, кардочесание, мокрую укладку, гидросплетение или их комбинацию.
13. Способ получения композиционной плиты по любому из пп. 8-12, отличающийся тем, что после термоформования слой нетканого композиционного материала подвергают холодному прессованию с получением, тем самым, плиты из однослойного нетканого композиционного материала.
14. Способ получения композиционной плиты по любому из пп. 8-12, включающий термоформование множества слоев нетканого композиционного материала и соединение их путем прессования, вакуумного формования, склеивания или сваривания с получением, тем самым, плиты из многослойного нетканого композиционного материала.
15. Способ получения композиционной плиты по любому из пп. 8-12, дополнительно включающий конечную обработку, необязательно предпечатную обработку, на одной или более поверхностей нетканого материала композиционной плиты.
16. Способ получения композиционной плиты по любому из пп. 8-12, дополнительно включающий обеспечение одного или более отделочных слоев, в том числе, необязательно, напечатанного декорированного слоя, и запрессование указанного одного или более отделочных слоев на одну или более сторон нетканого материала композиционной плиты.
17. Применение композиционной плиты по пп. 1-8 во всех областях применения, в которых используют древесностружечную плиту (РВ), древесноволокнистую плиту средней и высокой плотности (MDF & HDF), ориентированно-стружечную плиту (OSB), ламинированный брус из клееного шпона (LVL), многослойную фанеру (PLW) и сопутствующие материалы, и в стеновых панелях, разделительных панелях, изоляционных панелях, ламинатах, напольных покрытиях, в частности, ламинированных напольных покрытиях, плитках, мебели и в сопутствующих областях применения.
