Abstract
1. Способ получения волокнистого полотна, подходящего для получения предметов гигиены, как в частности изделий от недержания, одноразовых пеленок, ежедневных прокладок или гигиениеских прокладок, или впитывающих вкладок, фракция волокон в котором состоит исключительно из целлюлозных волокон естественного происхождения, включающий следующие технологические этапы:создают сухую укладку волокон, по существу, равномерной толщины из несвязанных волокон с малым, лежащим в области остаточной влажности, содержанием влаги;прессованием и тиснением укладку волокон преобразуют в волокнистый слой с образованием тисненого рисунка с уплотненными зонами связанных волокон, в которых волокна связаны друг с другом, по существу, путем взаимного связывания;увлажняют волокнистое полотно, по меньшей мере, на одной внешней стороне водно-латексной смесью;осаждают латекс путем сушки со связыванием волокон внутри и снаружи зон связанных волокон.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что плотность сухого волокнистого слоя устанавливают в диапазоне от 20 до 500 г/м, предпочтительно от 100 до 200 г/м.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что верхнюю и нижнюю стороны полотна увлажняют водно-латексной смесью на следующих друг за другом этапах.4. Claims (23)
1. Способ получения волокнистого полотна, подходящего для получения предметов гигиены, как в частности изделий от недержания, одноразовых пеленок, ежедневных прокладок или гигиениеских прокладок, или впитывающих вкладок, фракция волокон в котором состоит исключительно из целлюлозных волокон естественного происхождения, включающий следующие технологические этапы:
создают сухую укладку волокон, по существу, равномерной толщины из несвязанных волокон с малым, лежащим в области остаточной влажности, содержанием влаги;
прессованием и тиснением укладку волокон преобразуют в волокнистый слой с образованием тисненого рисунка с уплотненными зонами связанных волокон, в которых волокна связаны друг с другом, по существу, путем взаимного связывания;
увлажняют волокнистое полотно, по меньшей мере, на одной внешней стороне водно-латексной смесью;
осаждают латекс путем сушки со связыванием волокон внутри и снаружи зон связанных волокон.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что плотность сухого волокнистого слоя устанавливают в диапазоне от 20 до 500 г/м2, предпочтительно от 100 до 200 г/м2.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что верхнюю и нижнюю стороны полотна увлажняют водно-латексной смесью на следующих друг за другом этапах.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что водно-латексная смесь содержит от 90 до 99 мас.% воды и от 10 до 1 мас.% латекса.
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что водно-латексная смесь содержит от 92 до 99 мас.% воды и от 8 до 1 мас.% латекса.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что водно-латексная смесь содержит от 95 до 99 мас.% воды и от 5 до 1 мас.% латекса.
7. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что во время и/или после увлажнения волокнистого полотна проникновение в волокнистое полотно усиливают с помощью приложенного к волокнистому полотну вакуума.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что прессование и тиснение укладки волокон осуществляют в устройстве с нажимными валиками, причем, по меньшей мере, один валик является игольчатым валиком.
9. Способ по п.1 или 8, отличающийся тем, что в зависимости от плотности укладки волокон прикладывают различные давления в диапазоне линейных давлений от 30 до 120 н/мм.
10. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в укладку волокон или волокнистое полотно перед прессованием и тиснением примешивают суперпоглощающие полимеры (SAP), предпочтительно в виде суперпоглощающих волокон.
11. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что суперпоглощающие полимеры (SAP) вводят в укладку волокон предпочтительно в виде суперпоглощающих волокон, с образованием слоя.
12. Способ по п.10 или 11, отличающийся тем, что суперпоглощающие полимеры (SAP) добавляют перед укладкой волокон к целлюлозным волокнам равномерно распределенными.
13. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на 1 см2 волокнистого полотна образуют от 16 до 49 уплотненных зон связанных волокон.
14. Способ по п.13, отличающийся тем, что каждая из уплотненных зон связанных волокон покрывает площадь от 0,03 до 1 мм2.
15. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что водно-латексную смесь наносят с помощью валиков в виде пены или путем опрыскивания.
16. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что удаление воды для осаждения латекса проводят с помощью теплового излучения или продувкой волокнистого полотна теплым воздухом.
17. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что используют биологический разложимый латекс, в частности, латекс на основе крахмала.
18. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что после осаждения и сушки латекс является гидрофильным, по меньшей мере, на одной стороне волокнистого полотна.
19. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что для противоположных сторон волокнистого полотна используют разные латексы.
20. Способ по п.19, отличающийся тем, что латекс после осаждения и сушки на одной стороне волокнистого полотна является гидрофильным, а на другой стороне гидрофобным.
21. Волокнистое полотно, подходящее для получения предметов гигиены, полученное способом по п.1, со степенью запыления менее 0,2%, измеренной стандартизированным способом.
22. Волокнистое полотно по п.21, отличающееся тем, что доля суперпоглощающих полимеров в сухом волокнистом полотне составляет от 0 до 70 мас.%.
23. Волокнистое полотно по п.21 или 22, отличающееся тем, что масса латекса, связанного с волокнистым полотном, в сухом состоянии составляет от 1 до 5 г/м2.
