Claims (34)
1. Нетканый мат для использования в качестве полуфабриката, содержащий по меньшей мере одно первое волокно из термопласта с длиной волокна 0,1-30 мм и содержанием 30-90 мас.% и по меньшей мере одно второе армирующее волокно с длиной волокна 0,1-30 мм и содержанием 10-70 мас.%, имеющее более высокую термостойкость, чем первое волокно; причем первое волокно и по меньшей мере одно армирующее волокно связаны в точках пересечения или просто в контактных точках посредством связующего с содержанием 1-10 мас.%; массовые проценты даны по отношению ко всему составу нетканого мата; длина первого волокна меньше длины армирующего волокна, а основная масса нетканого мата составляет 8-400 г/м2.
2. Нетканый мат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что длина первого волокна составляет 2-6 мм.
3. Нетканый мат по п.2, отличающийся тем, что длина первого волокна составляет 2,5-3,5 мм.
4. Нетканый мат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что длина армирующего волокна составляет 6-18 мм.
5. Нетканый мат по п.4, отличающийся тем, что длина армирующего волокна составляет 6-12 мм.
6. Нетканый мат по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что первое волокно выбрано из группы, включающей: простой полиэфирэфиркетон, поли-п-фениленсульфид, простой полиэфиримид и/или простой полиэфирсульфон и/или их смеси.
7. Нетканый мат по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что армирующее волокно выбрано из группы, включающей стекловолокна, арамидные волокна, углеродные волокна, керамические волокна, металлические волокна, полиимидные волокна, волокна из полибензоксазола, натуральные волокна и/или их смеси.
8. Нетканый мат по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что связующее выбрано из соединений на основе полиакрилата, поливинилацетата, поливинилового спирта, полиуретана, смол, полиолефинов, ароматических полиамидов или их сополимеров или их смесей.
9. Нетканый мат по п.8, отличающийся тем, что связующее выбрано из нитей, волокнисто-пленочных связующих и/или волокнистых связующих, а геометрия изменяется в отношении соотношения длина/ширина/высота, при этом отношение каждого отдельного параметра к каждому другому параметру находится в диапазоне от 1:1 до 1:100000.
10. Нетканый мат по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит добавки.
11. Нетканый мат по п.10, отличающийся тем, что добавки выбраны из группы, включающей трибологические добавки, добавки из волокон, нитей, волокнисто-пленочных связующих, целлюлозы, металлического или керамического порошка, органического порошка и/или их смесей.
12. Нетканый мат по п.11, отличающийся тем, что в качестве добавок используются волокна или порошок ПТФЭ, волокна ПИ, арамидные арамида, углеродные волокна и/или металлический порошок.
13. Нетканый мат по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что он имеет плотность 30-500 кг/м3.
14. Нетканый мат по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что он имеет толщину 0,1-4 мм.
15. Нетканый мат по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере на одну его наружную сторону наложена плоская подкладка.
16. Нетканый мат по п.15, отличающийся тем, что наложена полотнообразная структура в виде тканой ткани, платированного полотна, бумаги или нетканого материала.
17. Нетканый мат по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что он состоит по меньшей мере двух нетканых матов.
18. Нетканый мат по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что первое волокно и армирующее волокно распределены в мате гомогенно.
19. Нетканый мат по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что первое волокно и армирующее волокно распределены в мате негомогенно.
20. Способ изготовления нетканого мата по меньшей мере по одному из пп.1-19, отличающийся тем, что в диспергирующем агенте, предпочтительно воде, диспергируют первое волокно и армирующее волокно; на проходящей по диагонали ленте из проволочной сетки образуют непрерывный нетканый материал путем фильтрации с последующими прессованием и сушкой нетканого полотна, причем во время диспергирования и/или во время образования нетканого материала добавляют связующее.
21. Способ по п.20, отличающийся тем, что связующее добавляют в виде волокон в дисперсию.
22. Способ по п.20 или 21, отличающийся тем, что добавки вводят в виде волокон или порошков.
23. Способ по п.22, отличающийся тем, что добавки вводят или впрыскивают во время диспергирования и/или во время образования нетканого материала.
24. Способ по п.20 или 21, отличающийся тем, что основную массу и толщину нетканого материала регулируют путем изменения состава дисперсии и/или скорости подачи дисперсии на диагональную проволочную сетку и/или скорости перемещения последней.
25. Способ по п.20 или 21, отличающийся тем, что нетканый материал образуют, помещая листовой материал на диагональную проволочную сетку.
26. Способ по п.25, отличающийся тем, что в качестве листового материала используют платированное полотно, тканую ткань или нетканый материал.
27. Фиброкомпозит, изготовленный из нетканого мата по п.1, отличающийся тем, что содержит 30-90 мас.% армирующего волокна с длиной 0,1-30 мм, причем армирующее волокно ориентировано анизотропно в матрице материала, имеющего плотность 0,25-6 г/см3.
28. Фиброкомпозит по п.27, отличающийся тем, что армирующее волокно выбрано из группы, включающей стекловолокна, арамидные волокна, углеродные волокна, керамические волокна или их смеси.
29. Фиброкомпозит по п.27 или 28, отличающийся тем, что матрица содержит термопласт, выбранный из группы, включающей простой полиэфирэфиркетон, поли-п-фениленсульфид, простой полиэфиримид и/или простой полиэфирсульфон.
30. Фиброкомпозит по п.27, отличающийся тем, что плотность фиброкомпозита составляет 30-100 мас.% от максимально достижимой плотности, которая вычисляется по плотностям материала матрицы и армирующего волокна.
31. Фиброкомпозит по п.27 или 28, отличающийся тем, что он имеет функциональный слой по меньшей мере на одной стороне материала.
32. Фиброкомпозит по п.27 или 28, отличающийся тем, что имеет толщину 0,01-1,6 мм.
33. Фиброкомпозит по п.27 или 28, отличающийся тем, что он может быть изготовлен путем прессования по меньшей мере двух нетканых матов по меньшей мере по одному из пп.1-20 в нагретом инструменте.
34. Фиброкомпозит по п.33, отличающийся тем, что прессование проводилось при давлении 0,05-15 Н/мм2.
