Claims (27)
1. Соединение 3-замещенного 4-(фенил-N-алкил)пиперазин или 4-(фенил-N-алкил)пиперидин формулы 1
где Х выбран из группы, состоящей из N, СН и С, однако, Х может представлять собой только С, если соединение содержит двойную связь на участке, обозначенном пунктирной линией;
R1 выбран из группы, состоящей из OSO2CF3, OSO2СН3, SOR3, SO2R3, COR3, NO2 и CONHR3, где R3 такой, как определено ниже, и когда Х представляет собой СН или С, R1 может также быть выбран из группы, состоящей из CF3, CN, F, Cl, Br и I;
R2 выбран из группы, состоящей из C1-C4 алкилов, аллилов, СН2SCH3, СН2СН2OCH3, СН2СН2СН2F, СН2CF3, 3,3,3-трифторпропила, 4,4,4-трифторбутила и -(CH2)-R4, где R4 такой, как было определено ниже;
R3 выбран из группы, состоящей из C1-С3 алкилов, CF3 и N(R2)2, где R2 такой, как определено выше;
R4 выбран из группы, состоящей из С3-С6 циклоалкилов, 2-тетрагидрофурана и 3-тетрагидрофурана;
или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль.
2. Соединение по п.1, где Х представляет собой СН или С.
3. Соединение по п.1 или 2, где R1 выбран из группы, состоящей из OSO2CF3, OSO2СН3, SO2СН3, SO2CF3, СОСН3, CF3, CN, CON(СН3)2 и SO2N(СН3)2.
4. Соединение по любому из пп.1-3, где Х представляет собой СН.
5. Соединение по любому из пп.1-4, где R1 выбран из группы, состоящей из SO2CF3, SO2СН3, СОСН3, CF3 и CN, и Х представляет собой СН.
6. Соединение по любому из пп.1-5, где R2 выбран из н-пропила и этила.
7. Соединение по любому из пп.1-6, где Х представляет собой СН, R1 представляет собой SO2СН3, и R2 представляет собой н-пропил.
8. Соединение по любому из пп.1-7, где указанное соединение представляет собой 4-(3-метансульфонилфенил)-1-пропилпиперидин.
9. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая соединение по любому из пп.1-8.
10. Фармацевтическая композиция по п.9 для лечения расстройств центральной нервной системы.
11. Фармацевтическая композиция по п.10 для лечения расстройств, опосредованных дофамином.
12. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.9-11 для лечения состояния, выбранного из группы, состоящей из расстройств движения, таких как ятрогенный и неятрогенный паркинсонизм, дискинезии и дистонии, тики, тремор, болезнь Туретта, заикание и расстройства речи.
13. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.9-11 для лечения состояний, выбранных из группы, состоящей из ятрогенных и неятрогенных психозов и галлюцозов, включая шизофрению и шизофреноподобные заболевания.
14. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.9-11 для лечения состояний, выбранных из группы, состоящей из расстройств настроения и тревожных состояний, включая маниакально-депрессивные заболевания, депрессии и обсессивно-компульсивное заболевание.
15. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.9-11 для лечения состояний, выбранных из группы, состоящей из расстройств нейроразвития и возрастных заболеваний, включая расстройства, связанные с дефицитом внимания, аутизм, брадикинезию, брадифрению, когнитивную дисфункцию.
16. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.9-11 для лечения состояний, выбранных из группы, состоящей из расстройств сна, расстройств половой функции, расстройств питания, ожирения и головных болей и других болей.
17. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.9-11 для улучшения моторной функции, когнитивных функций и родственных эмоциональных расстройств при нейродегенеративных расстройствах и расстройствах развития, а также после повреждения мозга, вызванного травматическим, токсическим, воспалительным, инфекционным, неопластическим, сосудистым, гипоксическим или метаболическим причинами при состояниях, выбранных из группы, состоящей из шизофрении и шизофреноподобных заболеваний.
18. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.9-11 для лечения расстройств, вызванных веществами.
19. Способ лечения расстройства центральной нервной системы у больного, где указанному больному вводится фармацевтически активное количество соединения по любому из пп.1-8.
20. Способ по п.19, предназначенный для лечения расстройств, опосредованных дофамином.
21. Способ по п.19 или 20, предназначенный для лечения состояний, выбранных из группы, состоящей из расстройств движения, таких как ятрогенный и неятрогенный паркинсонизм, дискинезии и дистонии, тики, тремор, болезнь Туретта, заикание и другие расстройства речи.
22. Способ по п.19 или 20, предназначенный для лечения состояний, выбранных из группы, состоящей из ятрогенных и неятрогенных психозов и галлюцозов, включая шизофрению и шизофреноподобные заболевания.
23. Способ по п.19 или 20, предназначенный для лечения состояний, выбранных из группы, состоящей из расстройств настроения и тревожных состояний, включая маниакально-депрессивные заболевания, депрессии и обсессивно-компульсивные болезни.
24. Способ по п.19 или 20, предназначенный для лечения состояний, выбранных из группы, состоящей из расстройств нейроразвития и возрастных заболеваний, включая расстройства, связанные с дефицитом внимания, аутизм, брадикинезию, брадифрению, когнитивную дисфункцию.
25. Способ по п.19 или 20, предназначенный для лечения состояний, выбранных из группы, состоящей из расстройств сна, расстройств половой функции, расстройств питания, ожирения и головных болей и других болей.
26. Способ по п.19 или 20, предназначенный для улучшения моторных функций, когнитивных функций и родственных эмоциональных расстройств при нейродегенеративных расстройствах и расстройствах развития, а также после повреждения мозга, вызванного травматическим, токсическим, воспалительным, инфекционным, неопластическим, сосудистым, гипоксическим или метаболическим причинами при состояниях, выбранных из группы, состоящей из шизофрении и шизофреноподобных заболеваний.
27. Способ по п.19 или 20, предназначенный для лечения расстройств, вызванных веществами.
