Claims (26)
1. Разлагающаяся полимерная композиция, способная к восстановлению формы, содержащая (1) жесткие и мягкие сегменты или (2) по меньшей мере, один мягкий сегмент, который является сшитым ковалентно или ионно, или (3) полимерные смеси, в которой первоначальная форма полимера восстанавливается путем изменения температуры или путем использования других факторов, таких как свет.
2. Композиция по п. 1, содержащая а) по меньшей мере, один жесткий сегмент, который имеет Тперех между -40 и 270oС; в) по меньшей мере, один мягкий сегмент, который имеет Тперех, по меньшей мере, на 10oС ниже, чем жесткий сегмент (сегменты), который связан с, по меньшей мере, одним жестким сегментом, в которой, по меньшей мере, один из жестких или мягких сегментов включает разлагающийся участок, или, по меньшей мере, один из жестких сегментов связан с, по меньшей мере, одним из мягких сегментов посредством разрушающейся связи.
3. Композиция по п. 2, в которой Тперех жесткого сегмента находится в интервале между 30 и 150oС.
4. Композиция по п. 3, в которой Тперех местного сегмента находится в интервале между 30 и 100oС.
5. Композиция по п. 2, в которой Тперех мягкого сегмента (сегментов) является, по меньшей мере, на 20oС ниже Тперех жесткого сегмента (сегментов).
6. Композиция по п. 2, в которой, по меньшей мере, один из жестких и мягких сегментов является термопластичным полимером.
7. Композиция по п. 2, в которой жесткий сегмент содержит циклические участки.
8. Композиция по п. 2, в которой массовое соотношение жестких и мягких сегментов находится между примерно 5: 95 и 95: 5.
9. Композиция по п. 1, в которой полимер, способный к восстановлению формы, выбирается из группы, состоящей из привитых полимеров, линейных полимеров и дендримерных полимеров.
10. Композиция по п. 1, в которой полимер содержит разлагающийся участок, выбранный из группы, состоящей из полигидроксикислот, поли(простой эфир)(сложных эфиров), полиортоэфиров, поли(аминокислот), синтетических поли(аминокислот), полиангидридов, поликарбонатов, поли(гидроксиалканоатов), и поли(ε-капролактонов).
11. Композиция по п. 1, в которой полимер содержит биоразрушающуюся связь, выбранную из группы, состоящей из сложноэфирных групп, карбонатных групп, амидных групп, ангидридных групп и ортосложноэфирных групп.
12. Композиция по п. 1, в которой полимер является полностью биоразлагающимся.
13. Композиция по п. 1, содержащая разлагающийся термореактивный полимер, который содержит ковалентно сшитый кристаллизующийся мягкий сегмент, имеющий Тпл между 250oС и -40oС, или ковалентно сшитый мягкий сегмент, имеющий Тперех между 250oС и -60oС.
14. Композиция по п. 13, в которой разлагающийся термореактивный полимер содержит ковалентно сшитый кристаллизующийся мягкий сегмент, имеющий Тпл между 200oС и 0oС, или ковалентно сшитый мягкий сегмент, имеющий Тперех между 200oС и 0oС.
15. Композиция по п. 1, содержащая а) по меньшей мере, один первый сегмент, который имеет Тперех между -40 и 270oС, в) по меньшей мере, один второй сегмент, который связан с, по меньшей мере, одним первым сегментом, и который содержит ионные взаимодействия достаточной прочности, чтобы второй сегмент был способен образовать физическую сшивку, иную, чем точка плавления или стеклование, в которой, по меньшей мере, один из первых или вторых сегментов включает разлагающийся участок, или, по меньшей мере, один из первых сегментов связан с, по меньшей мере, одним из вторых сегментов посредством биоразрушающейся связи.
16. Композиция по п. 15, в которой ионное взаимодействие содержит полиэлектролитные сегменты, или полиэлектролитные сегменты и ионы, или полианионный сегмент и поликатионный сегмент, или надмолекулярные эффекты на основе высокоорганизованных водородных связей.
17. Композиция по п. 1, в которой полимер имеет обратный температурный эффект, где композиция восстанавливает свою форму при охлаждении ниже ее температуры восстановления формы.
18. Композиция по п. 1, в которой полимер изменяет форму под действием света.
19. Композиция по п. 1, в которой полимер является полимерной смесью.
20. Композиция по п. 19, в которой полимерная смесь выбирается из группы, состоящей из физических смесей полимера, смесей полимеров, содержащих жесткие сегменты с различными Тперех и мягкие сегменты, имеющие такие же Тперех, смесей многоблочных сополимеров, в которых, по меньшей мере, один из сегментов первого сополимера является смешивающимся с, по меньшей мере, одним из сегментов второго сополимера, и смесей, по меньшей мере, одного многоблочного сополимера и, по меньшей мере, одного гомополимера или сополимера.
21. Композиция по п. 1, содержащая покрытие, изменяющее разложение полимера, способного к восстановлению формы.
22. Изделие, содержащее разлагающуюся полимерную композицию, способную к восстановлению формы, по любому из пп. 1-21.
23. Изделие по п. 22, содержащее агент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из терапевтических, диагностических и профилактических агентов.
24. Изделие по п. 22, в котором изделие является имплантируемым, а биоразлагающийся полимер, способный к восстановлению формы, является биосовместимым.
25. Изделие по п. 24, в котором полимер, способный к восстановлению формы, не содержит ароматических групп.
26. Изделие по п. 22, в котором изделие является медицинским устройством, выбранным из группы, состоящей из стентов, катетеров, протезов, трансплантатов, винтов, штифтов, насосов и сеток.
