Formuleringen tilveiebringer smaks- og teksturkva- liteter som er i det minste like fordelaktige som de for konvensjonelle produkter søtet med sukrose og maissiruptørrstoffer, og tilveiebringer ytterli- gere hardhets-, smelte- og overløpsegenskaper som er fordelaktige sammenlignet med konvensjonelle produkter søtet med sukrose eller maissiruptørr- stof fer.
