Abstract
Se describe un metodo enzimatico para determinar la actividad biologica de defibrotida. El metodo, el cual se basa en la capacidad de defribrotida para potenciar la actividad enzimatica de plasmido, comprende las etapas de: a) conducir en contacto la defibrotida, plasmido y un sustrato especifico para el plasmido el cual, mediante reaccion con plasmina, proporciona un producto medible y b) medir la cantidad de producto formado en tiempos sucesivos.
