Abstract
Se proporcionan una composición de fibra de vidrio de alto desempeño, y una fibra de vidrio y un material compuesto de la misma. El contenido, dado en porcentaje en peso, de cada componente de la composición de fibra de vidrio es como sigue: 53-64% de SiO2, más de 19% y menos de 25% de Al2O3, 0.05-7% de Y2O3 + La2O3 + Gd2O3, menos de o igual a 1% de Li2O + Na2O + K2O, 10-24% de CaO + MgO + SrO, 1.5-12% de CaO, menos del 2% de TiO2, y menos del 1.5% de Fe2O3. La composición mejora significativamente el módulo elástico y la estabilidad química del vidrio, y con base en esto, vence el problema que tiene el vidrio de alto desempeño tradicional de alto riesgo de cristalización y una alta dificultad de clarificación, y el problema de ser difícil de realizar una producción en horno de tanque de alta eficiencia. La composición reduce significativamente la temperatura del líquido y la temperatura de formación del vidrio de alto desempeño, y bajo iguales condiciones, reduce significativamente la relación de cristalización del vidrio. La composición es particularmente apropiada para la producción en horno de tanque de una fibra de vidrio de alto desempeño que tiene una excelente estabilidad química.
