Abstract

一种高性能玻璃纤维组合物及其玻璃纤维和复合材料。其中,玻璃纤维组合物各组分的含量以重量百分比表示如下:SiO 2为53-64%,Al 2O 3为大于19%且小于25%,Y 2O 3+La 2O 3+Gd 2O 3为0.05-7%,Li 2O+Na 2O+K 2O为小于等于1%,CaO+MgO+SrO为10-24%,CaO为1.5-12%,TiO 2为小于2%,Fe 2O 3为小于1.5%。该组合物能大幅提高玻璃的弹性模量和化学稳定性,在此基础上,克服了传统高性能玻璃析晶风险高、澄清难度大,难于进行高效率池窑生产的问题,能显著降低高性能玻璃的液相线温度和成型温度,同等条件下大幅降低玻璃的析晶速率,特别适合用于池窑化生产化学稳定性优异的高性能玻璃纤维。
