Abstract
Se proporcionan en la presente construcciones de unión al antígeno monovalentes que se dirigen a EGFR y/o HER2. Las construcciones de unión al antígeno monovalente pueden incluir al menos un polipéptido de unión al antígeno que comprende un dominio variable de cadena pesada, donde el polipéptido de unión al antigéno se une específicamente a EGFR y/o HER2; y un dominio Fc heterodimérico, el dominio Fc comprendiendo al menos dos dominios CH3, donde el dominio Fc está acoplado, con o sin un enlazador, al polipéptido de unión antígeno.
