Abstract

Se describe una cápsula diseñado en particular para la preparación de una bebida en un dispositivo de infusión centrífugo al alimentar líquido en la cápsula y hacer girar la cápsula a lo largo de un eje central (I) para producir fuerzas centrífugas en el líquido que atraviese la cápsula forzando de esta manera la bebida fuera de la cápsula por tales fuerzas centrífugas, en donde la cápsula comprende: un cuerpo que comprende paredes de contención, una abertura principal de eje central (I) cerrada por una pared de cierre que forma un compartimiento que incluye ingredientes de bebida y una brida que bordea periféricamente dicha abertura, en donde comprende una pared de perforación colocada cerca de la pared de cierre y que comprende medios de perforación para perforar la pared de cierre cuando se aplique una presión sobre la pared de cierre transversal o pared de perforación.
