Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a método para separar componentes de muestras de líquido, usando un dispositivo que incluye un alojamiento que tiene una cavidad interior, una membrana separadora que divide la cavidad en una primera porción y un a segunda porción, teniendo la membrana separadora ua porosidad seleccionada para separación deseada a travéz de la misma, un medio de entrada para proporcionar comunicación de fluido entre la primera porción y una fuente de una muestra de líquido, un recipiente rígido en comonicación de fluido con una de las porciones de la cavidad, y un medio de comunicación de fluido entre la otra de las porciones de la cavidad y un recipiente evacuado.
