Claims (15)
- 개방 단부 및 그 개방 단부를 밀폐 가능하게 폐쇄하는 천공 가능한 장벽을 가지는 견고한 진공 용기와 함께 사용하여 액체 샘플로부터 분리가능한 성분을 분리하는 분리장치에 있어서, 내부 공동(51)을 가지는 하우징(47), 상기 공동을 제1부분(54)과 제2부분(55)으로 분할하며, 소기의 부리를 위하여 선택된 다공성을 가지는 분리 멤브레인(52), 상기 제1부분과 액체 샘플 공급원 사이클 유체 연동시키는 인입 수단(61), 상기 공동(51)의 상기 부분들중 한 부분과 진공 용기(80)와의 사이클 유체 연동시키는 연통수단(68) 및 상기 공동(51)의 상기 부분들 중 타 부분과 유체 연통되는 견고한 용기(63)로 구성되는 분리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 견고한 용기(63)가 상기 하우징(47)에 탈착가능하게 장착되는 분리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 견고한 용기(63)가 상기 하우징(47)에 일체로 형성되는 분리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1부분(54)과 상기 제2부분(55)과의 사이에 기체를 통과하는 반면에 액체가 통과하는 것을 막도록 공기는 투과가능하고 액체는 투과 불가능한 요소(112)를 또한 포함하는 분리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연통 수단은 진공 용기(80)의 천공가능한 강력(81)을 천공하여 유체 연통시키는 관통 관강(70)보유 바늘 캐뉼러(69)를 포함하는 분리 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 바늘 캐뉼러(69)는 유체 통과를 방지하도록 탄성슬리브로 덮여 있고, 상기 슬리브는 상기 캐뉼러(69)방향으로 스리브에 외력을 가하면 상기 캐뉼러(69)에 의해 천공되어 사익 캐뉼러를 통한 유체 통과를 허용하며, 상기 슬리브는 또한 오력 종료시에 원위치로 귀환되도록 되어 있는 분리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리 멤브레인(52)이 약 0.2미크론 내지 15.미크론 범위내의 가공 치수를 가지는 분리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리 멤브레인(52)이 약 0.4미크론 내지 0.6미크론 범위내의 가공치수를 가지는 분리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리 멤브레인(52)이 플리카보네이트 및 프리에스터로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 재료로 제조되는 분리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인입 수단은 관통 관강(59) 및 액체 샘플 공급원을 천공하여 그 공급원과의 유체 연통을 확립하는 예리한 말단부를 가지는 인입 바늘 캐뉼러(58)를 포함하는 분리 장치.
- 내부 공동(51)을 가지는 하우징(47), 상기 공동(51)을 제1부분(54)과 제2부분(56)으로 분할하며 소기의 분리를 위해 선택된 다공성을 가지는 분리 멤브레인(54), 상기 제1부분(54)과 액체 샘플 공급원 사이를 유체 연통시키는 인입 수단(61), 상기 공동(51)의 상기 부분(54, 55)중 한 부분과 유체 연통하는 견고한 용기(63) 및 상기 공동(51)의 상기 부분(54, 55)중 타부분과 진공 용기(k80)사이를 유체 연동시키는 연통 수단(68)으로 이루어지는 장치를 이용하여 액체 샘플로부터 불리가능한 성분을 분리하는 방법에 있어서, 상기인입 수단(61)과 액체 샘플 공급원 사이를 유체 연동시키는 단계, 상기 진공 유기(80)와 상기 연통 수단(62) 사이를 유체 연통시켜 상기 진공 용기(80)가 상기 공동(51) 및 상기 견고한 용기(63)의 부분적 진공을 야기시키도록 하는 단계 및, 액체 샘플이 상기 인입 수단(61)을 통과하고, 상기 멤브레인(52)을 다라서 상기용기들(63, 80)중 한 용기로 흐르게 함과 아울러 액체 샘픔을 분리가능한 성분을 상기 멤브레인(52) 및 상기 제2부분(55)을 통해서 상기 용기(63, 80)중 타용기내로 추출하는 단게로 이루어지는 액체 샘플 분리 방법.
- 내부 공동(51)을 가지는 하우징(47), 상기 공동(51)을 제1혈액 수집 부분(54)과 제혈장 수집 부분(55)으로 분할하며 혈액으로부터 혈장의 소기의 분리를 위해 선택된 다공성을 가지는 분리 멤브레인(54), 상기 혈액부분(54)과 혈액 샘플 공급원 사이를 유체 연통시키는 인입 수단(61), 상기 공동(51)의 상기 부분(54, 55) 중 한 부분과 유체 연통하는 견고한용기(63) 및 상기 공동(51)의 상기 부분(54, 55)중 타부분과 진공 용기(80) 사이를 유체 연통시키는 연통 수단(68)으로 이루어지는 장치를 이용하여 혈액 샘플로부터 혈장을 분리하는 방법이 있어서, 상기 인입 수단(61)과 혈액 샘플 공급원 사이의 유체 연통시키는 단계, 상기진공 용기(80)과 상기 연통 수단(62)사이를 유체 연동시켜 상기 진공 용기(80)가 상기 공동(51) 및 상기 견고한 용기(63)의 부분적 진공을 야기시키도록 하는 단계 및 혈액 샘플이 상기 인입 수단(61)을 통과하고 상기 맴브레엔(52)을 따라서 상기 용기들(63, 80)중 한 용기로 흐르게 함과 아울러 혈장을 상기 멤브레인 (52) 및 상기 제2부분(55)을 통해서 상기(63, 80)중 타용기내로 추출하는 단계로 이루어지는 혈액으로부터 혈장을 분리하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 인입 수단(61)과 상기 혈액 샘플 공급원 사이를 유체 연통시키는 단계는 혈액이 환자로부터 상기 인입 수단(61)으로 직접 추출되도록 환자의 신체에 바늘 캐뉼러(58)를 삽입하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 진공 용기를 사용하여 혈액 샘플로부터 혈장을 분리하는 방법에 있어서, 환자로부터 혈액을 추출하는 단계, 환자로부터 혈액이 추출됨에 따라 상기 혈액을 혈액으로부터 상기 멤브레인(52)을 통해서 상기 진공 용기(80)내로 추출되도록 야기시키는 단계로 이루어지는 혈액으로부터 혈장을 분리하는 방법.
- 혈액으로부터 혈장을 분리하도록 선택된 다공성을 가지는 분리 멤브레인의 표면을 가로질러 환자로부터 혈액을 추출하는 단계, 상기 혈액이 환자로부터 추출되는 상기 혈액으로부터 상기 멤브레인을 통해서 진공 용기내로 혈장을 추출하는 단계로 이루어지는 혈액으로부터 혈장을 분리하는 방법.
