Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 필드 버스(2)와 하나 이상의 부하(5) 및/또는 센서(6)사이에서 제어 신호의 전송에 사용하기 위한, 특히 구동 밸브용 제어 장치로서, 상기 필드 버스(2)와 접속될 수 있는 버스 커뮤니케이션 유닛 (24)를 갖는 제어 모듈(23), 부하 (5)및/또는 센서 (6)에 부착될수 있어서 상기 버스 커뮤니케이션 유닛(24)이 상기 제어 모듈(23)상에 설치된 접촉 수단(27)을 통해서 부하(5) 및/또는 센서 (6)와 전기적으로 커플되도록 하는 상기 제어 모듈을 구비하는구동밸브(12)를 위한 제어 장치로서, 상기 버스 커뮤니케이션 유닛 (24)과 접속되는 상기 접촉 수단 (27)에 부가하여 상기 제어 모듈 (23)상에 하나 이상의 부가적인 신호 입력부 (35) 및/또는 신호출력부 (33)가 하나 이상의 추가 부하(5', 5 및 5') 및/또는 센서 (6', 6, 6')를 커플링하기 위해 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제어 모듈 (23)이 플러그 부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 신호 입력부 (35) 및/또는 신호 출력부(33)가 전기적인 도전체 (36)를 통하여 제어 모듈 (23)의 외부적으로 배열된 접속 부분 (47)과 접속되며, 상기 접속 부분(47)이 추가 부하 (5', 5 및 5') 및/또는 센서 (6', 6 및 6')와 접속되어 동일물을 버스 커뮤니케이션 유닛 (24)과 전기적으로 커플할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 제어 모듈 (23)상에 존재하는 모든 신호 출력부 (33)및/또는 신호 입력부 (35)가 각각 외부 접속 부분 (37)과 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 장치.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 각각의 접속 부분(37)으로 유도하는 전기적인 도전체 (36)가 유연성 있는 도전체의 형태이고, 특히 케이블의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 장치.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 접속 부분 (37)이 제어 모듈 (23)과 단단하게 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접속 부분 (37)이 플러그 부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 신호 입력부 (36)및/또는 신호 출력부 (33)상에커플링 수단 (42)이 부하 (5', 5, 5')및/또는 센서 (6', 6, 6')로 유도하는 전기적인 도전체 (36)를 분리가능하게 커플링하기 위해서 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 커플링 수단 (42)이 플러그 커플링 부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 버스 커뮤니케이션 유닛 (24)이 ASI버스용 ASI버스 스테이션인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 부하 (5)가 예를 들어, 전자석 장치와 같은전기적으로 구동되는 밸브 드라이브(17)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 밸브 드라이브 (17)가 설치된 다수의 제어 밸브 (12)들이 함께 모여 하나 이상의 하부조립물(8)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 센서(6 및 6')가 예를 들어, 유체 파워 실린더와 같은 선형 드라이브(15 및 15')과 연관되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 수단 (27)에 부가하여 제어 모듈 (23)이 각각 배타적으로 신호 입력부(35)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 수단 (27)에 부가하여 제어 모듈 (23)이 각각 배타적으로 신호 입력부(35)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 수단 (27)에 부가하여 제어 모듈(23)이 각각 하나 이상의 신호 입력부(35)및 신호 출력부(33)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다수의 제어 모듈(23)이 존재하며, 상기 제어 모듈들이 필드 버스(2)를 따라서 또한 필드 버스와 다른 지점에서 선택가능한 방식으로 접촉될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
