Abstract

본 발명은 송신기의 증폭회로에 있어서 간단한 구성으로 큰 다이나믹렌지를 실현하는 것이다.
본 발명에서는 IF신호를 증폭하는 전류가변형 가변증폭회로(2, 3)와 RF신호를 증폭하는 전류일정형의 가변증폭회로(4)에 의하여 증폭회로를 구성하였다. I. Q신호는 QPSK 변조회로(1)를 거쳐 2단의 IF단 가변증폭회로(2, 3)에 인가되어 AGC전압(VAGC)에 의거하여 증폭된다. 이 IF신호는 믹서(5)에 의하여 RF신호로 변환되고 RF신호가 RF단가변증폭회로(4)에 가해져 IF단과 공통의 AGC전압(VAGC)에 의거하여 증폭된다. 직선적으로 변화하는 AGC전압(VAGC)은 트랜지스터(Q15, Q16, Q14)에 의하여 지수함수적으로 변화하는 제어전류를 변환되고, 가변증폭회로(2, 3, 4)의 이득(PG) [dB]가 AGC전압(VAGC)에 대하여 직선적으로 제어된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 중간주파신호를 증폭하는 구동전류가변형의 중간주파 가변이득증폭회로와, 상기 중간주파 가변이득 증폭회로에 의하여 증폭된 중간주파신호를 고주파신호로 변환하는 주파수변환회로와, 상기 고주파신호를 증폭하는 구동 전류 일정형의 고주파가변이득 증폭회로와, AGC전압을 제어전류로 변환하고, 그 제어전류를 상기 각 가변이득 증폭회로의 구동전류로서 인가함으로써 각각의 가변이득 증폭회로의 증폭도를 제어하는증폭도 제어회로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 송신기의 증폭회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고주파가변이득 증폭회로는 각각의 에미터가 공통의 정전류원에 접속되어 에미터로부터 고주파신호가 입력되는 적어도 한쌍의 트랜지스터를 구비하며, 한쪽의 트랜지스터의 베이스에는 AGC전압이 가해지고, 다른 쪽의 트랜지스터의 베이스는 접지되고, 한쪽 또는 다른 쪽의 트랜지스터의 콜렉터로부터 신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송신기의 증폭회로.
