Claims (5)
- (A) (a1) 할로겐을 함유하지 않은 방향족 폴리카보네이트 수지 75∼96 중량%; (a2) 부타디엔 고무 40∼70 중량%에 스티랜 50∼20 중량%, 메틸메타아크릴레이트 0∼20 중량% 및 아크릴로니트릴 0∼20 중량%를 그라프트 중합시킨 스티렌-함유 그라프트 공중합체 수지 25∼4 중량%; 및 (a3) 스티렌 60∼85 중량%와 아크릴로니트릴 40∼15 중량로 이루어진 공중합체 수지 0∼10 중량%;로 이루어진 기초수진 100 중량부; (B) 상기 기초 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 트리아릴포스페이트 30∼60 중량%와 아릴포스페이트 올리고머 70∼40 중량%로 이루어진 인화합물 또는 합성된 아릴포스페이트 올리고머 5∼20 중량부; (C) 상기 기초수지 100 중량부에 대하여 플루오르계 수지 0.1∼2.0 중량부; 및 (D) 상기 기초수지 100 중량부에 대하여 제울라이트 0.05∼10 중량부;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트리아릴포스페이트와 아릴포스페이트 올리고머로 이루어진 인화합물 또는 합성된 아릴포스페이트 올리고(B)는 하기 일반식으로 표시되며, n의 값이 0.3 내지 0.8의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 수지 조성물 :상기 식에서 R1, R2, R3, R4및 R5는 서로 독립적으로 할로겐을 함유하지 않은 C6-C20아릴기 또는 알킬치환된 알리기임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르계 수지(C)는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐리엔플루오라이드, 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 비닐리덴플루오라이드의 공중합체, 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 플루오로알킬비닐에테르의 공중합체, 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 핵사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트(D)는 그 공극의 크기가 3∼8A 인 제올라이트 X 또는 제올라이트 X인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이 무기물 첨가제, 열안정제, 산화방지제, 광안정제, 안료 및/또는 염료를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
