Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- (A) 할로겐을 함유하지 않은 열가소성 폴리카보네이트 수지 45∼95 중량%, (B) 할로겐을 함유하지 않은 고무개질 스티렌 함유 그라프트 공중합체 수지 5∼50 중량%, 및 (C) 할로겐을 함유하지 않은 스티렌 함유 공중합체 수지 0∼30 중량%로 이루어지는 기초수지 100 중량부에 대하여;(D) 인산에스테르 화합물과 (E) 수산화알루미늄 2~20 중량부; 및(F) 불소화 폴리올레핀계 수지 0∼2 중량부;로 이루어지며, 상기(D)+(E)에서 (D)와 (E)의 혼합중량비는 50 : 50 ∼ 90 : 10 인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 폴리카보네이트계 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인산에스테르 화합물은 하기구조식(Ⅱ)으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 폴리카보네이트계 열가소성 수지 조성물:상기식(Ⅱ)에서, Ar1∼Ar4는 크레실, 페닐, 자이렌, 프로필페닐, 부틸페닐, 브롬 또는 염소치환체 중에서 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물이며, R은 아릴렌이고, 그리고 n은 0 내지 5의 수임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소화 폴리올레핀계 수지(F)는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 폴리카보네이트계 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이 무기물 첨가제, 열안정제, 산화방지제,광안정제, 안료 및/또는 염료를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 폴리카보네이트계 열가소성 수지 조성물.
