Claims (5)
- 권선코어를 적층하고 코일을 권선하여 구성되는 모터의 고정자에 있어서, 내측부에 상기 코일이 권선되는 돌출부를 구비하고, 조립지그에 감겨 연결부위가 대략 환상으로 절곡되는 일체로 성형된 다수개의 코어편들로 구성된 일체형코어; 및 상기 각각의 코어편들의 돌출부 외주연에 권선되어 일체형코어 내부에 수용고정되며, 외부로부터 전류를 공급받아 전자기력을 형성하는 코일체들을 포함하는 조립성을 개선한 모터고정자구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코일체들은 상기 각각의 코어편들에 연속적으로 권선되어 한쌍의 인입선과 인출선을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립성을 개선한 모터고정자구조.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코일체와 코일체 사이에 삽설되어 이웃한 두 코일체들을 절연시키는 절연부재를 더 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립성을 개선한 모터고정자구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일체형코어의 양단부 중 일단부에는 홈부가, 타단부에는 턱부가 형서되어 양단부가 서로 삽입결합되어 환상의 구성체를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립성을 개선한 모터고정자구조.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 삽입연결된 홈부와 턱부는 레이저로 고착되어 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립성을 개선한 모터고정자구조.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
