Abstract

본 발명은 미립자 촉매를 하이드로실릴화 반응에서 사용하는 것에 관한 것이다. 당해 촉매는 하이드로실릴화반응용 금속성 촉매, 화학식(R1R2ArSiO2)2O의 디실록산(여기서, R1은 알케닐 그룹이고, R2는 1가 탄화수소그룹이고, Ar은 아릴 그룹이다) 및 유리전이온도가 40 내지 200℃인 수지를 포함하고 평균 입자 직경이 0.1 내지 20㎛인 미립자로 이루어진다. 미립자 촉매의 조합된 열경화성 실리콘 조성물이 또한 기술된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 금속 원자를 0.01 내지 5중량% 포함하는 금속성 촉매(ⅰ), 화학식(R1R2ArSiO2)2O의 디실록산(여기서, R1은 알케닐 그룹이고, R2는 1가 탄화수소그룹이고, Ar은 아릴 그룹이다) (ⅱ) 0.1 내지 5중량% 및 유리전이온도가 40 내지 200℃인 수지(ⅲ)를 포함하고 평균 입자 직경이 0.1 내지 20㎛인 미립자 촉매.
  2. 분자당 평균 2개 이상의 규소 결합된 알케닐 그룹을 갖는 유기 폴리실록산(A) 100중량부, 분자당 평균 2개 이상의 규소 결합된 수소원자를, 당해 성분중 규소 결합된 수소원자의 몰 수 대 성분(A)중 규소 결합된 알케닐 그룹의 몰수의 비율이 0.5/12 내지 1./1로 되도록 하기에 충분한 양으로 함유하는 유기 하이드겐폴리실록산(B) 및 제 1항의 미립자 촉매(C) 0.005 내지 100중량부를 포함하는 유기 실록산 조성물.
