Claims (13)
- 백금족 금속 촉매하의 반응매질에서 산소 및 수소를 반응시켜 과산화수소를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 촉매로, 수불용성인 유기 할로겐 화합물(불소 이외의 할로겐원자를 함유하지 않는 화합물은 제외함)을 흡착시킨 금속성의 또는 담체에 담지된 백금족 금속 촉매 ; 또는 수불용성 유기 할로겐화 화합물(불소 이외의 할로겐을 함유하지 않는 화합물은 제외함)을 백금족 금속 담지에 앞서 담체에 흡착시킨 담체상에 담지된 백금족 금속 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 흡착수지가 촉매 담체로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 흡착수지가 스티렌-디비닐벤젠 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 백금족 금속이 팔라듐 또는 백금임을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수불용성 유기 할로겐 화합물이 할로겐화 벤젠, 할로겐화 벤젠 유도체 또는 할로겐화 지방족 카르복실산임을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 수불용성 유기 할로겐 화합물이 트리클로로벤젠, 브로모벤젠, 요오도벤젠, 요오도톨루엔, 브로모스티렌 및 2-브로모-n-카프론산으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수불용성 할로겐화 유기 화합물이 반응성 작용기를 함유하고, 여기서 유기 할로겐화 화합물은 이들 기를 담체 자체에 함유된 작용기와 반응시킴으로써 담체 표면에 고정되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수불용성 유기 할로겐 화합물이 직접 규소원자와 화학적으로 결합하지 않는 염소원자 또는 브롬원자를 함유하는 유기 규소 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 수불용성 유기 규소 화합물이 클로로메틸디메틸클로로실란, 비스(클로로메틸)테트라메틸디실라잔, 디클로로메틸디메틸클로로실란, 클로로에틸트리클로로실란, 디클로로에틸트리클로로실란, 클로로프로필트리메톡시실란, 클로로페닐트리메톡시실란, 브로모메틸디메틸클로로실란, 디브로모에틸트리클로로실란 및 브로모프로필트리에톡시실란으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응매질이 물임을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응매질이 과산화수소 안정화제를 함유하는 수용액임을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 안정화제가 아미노트리(메틸렌포스폰산, 1-히드록시에틸리덴-1,1-디포스폰산, 에틸렌디아민테트라(메틸렌포스폰산), 이 산들의 나트륨염, 인산, 황산, 질산 및 피로인산나트륨으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 불활성 가스의 존재 또는 부재하, 촉매 존재하의 반응매질에서, 0∼50℃의 반응온도 및 3∼150kg/cm2의 반응압력으로 수소 및 산소를 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
