- 적어도 하나의 단분자막이, 투광성기체의 적어도 한쪽 표면에 최외부표면층으로 직접 또는 간접적으로 형성되어 있는 투과성기체로서, 상기 단분자막은 CF3기를 함유하고 있으며, 기체의 표면에 공유결합을 통해 결합해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성기체.
- 제1항에 있어서, CF3기를 함유하는 상기 단분자막은 -Si-기를 통해 표면에 결합해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성기체.
- 제1항에 있어서, CF3기를 함유하는 상기 단분자막은 기체위에 제조된 실록산계 보호막을 개재하여 실록산결합을 통해 표면에 결합해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성기체.
- 2개의 단분자막이 투광성기체의 2면에 외부면층으로서 직접 또는 간접적으로 형성되어 있는 투광성기체로서, 한쪽면은 CF3의 발수성기를 함유하는 화학공유결합 단분자막으로 피복되어 있고, 다른쪽면은 친수성기를 함유하는 화학공유결합 단분자막으로 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성기체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 친수성기는 히드록시기인 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성기체.

- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 실란할라이드계 계면할성제는 클로로실란계 계면할성제로, CF3(CH2)2Si(CH3)2(CH3)2(CH2)15SiCl3, F(CF2)4(CH2)2Si(CH3)2(CH2)9SiCl3, CH3CH2O(CH2)15SiCl3, CF3COO(CH2)15SiCl3, CF3(CF2)7(CH2)2Si(OCH3)Cl2, CF3(CF2)7(CH2)2Si(CH3)Cl2로 이루어저는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성기체.
- 비수성 유기용매속에서, 일단에 반응성 실란기를, 타단에 불소함유 CF3기를 지닌 실란계 계면환성제를, 투광성기체표면, 또는, 투광성기체에 형성된 보호막 표면에, 실란계 계면활성제가 표면에 화학적으로 흡착되는 상태하에 도포함으로서, 도포된 표면에 CF3기와 -Si-기를 지닌 단분자막이 형성되어 공유결합으로 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성기체의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 실란계 계면활성제는 말단 클로로실릴(-SiCl)기를 함유하는 화학약품인 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성기체의 제조방법.
- 유기용매에, 한쪽끝에 반응성 실란기를, 다른쪽끝에 CF3기를 지니는 실란계 계면활성제를 용해시켜 얻은 용액으로 성형가공된 투광성기체를 접촉시켜, 상기 투광성기체의 적어도 한쪽면 또는 전체 표면영역에 걸쳐, 상기 실란계 계면활성제로부터 화학흡착 단분자막을 형성시키는 것으로 이루어진 투광성기체의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 실란기는 클로로실란기인 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성기체의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 실란계 계면활성제는 식,CF3(CF2)n- (R)m- SiClpX3-p(식중, n은 0 또는 정수, m은 0 또는 1, R은 탄소수 1 이상의 메틸렌기, 비닐기를 함유하는 탄소수 1 이상의 메틸렌기, 에티닐렌기를 함유하는 탄소수 1 이상의 메틸렌기, 규소원자를 함유하는 탄소수 1 이상의 메틸렌기, 산소원자를 함유하는 탄소수 1 이상의 메틸렌기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되며, X는 수소원자, 저급알킬기, 저급알콕시기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되며, p는 0과 2 사이의 정수이다)로 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성기체의 제조방법.
- 클로로실릴기를 포함하는 재료를 함유하는 비수성용매로, 성형가공된 투광성기체의 적어도 전체 표면을 접촉시키고; 상기 접촉공정후에 상기 투광성기체를 비수성 유기용매를 사용하여 세정하여 상기 투광성기체위의 미반응 클로로실릴기를 제거하고; 세정공정후에 물로 반응처리한 상기 투광성기체상에 실란올기를 함유하는 재료로 이루어진 친수성 단분자막을 형성하고; 한쪽끝에 반응성 실란기를, 다른쪽끝에 CF3기를 지니는 실란계 계면활성제를 사용하여, 실란올기를 함유하는 친수성 단분자막에 화학흡착 발수성 단분자막을 적층시키는 것으로 이루어지는 투광성기체의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 투광성기체의 한쪽면을 수용성 피막으로 피복하는 공정으로 더욱 이루어져, 상기 피복공정이 상기 친수성 단분자막과 상기 발수성 단분자막의 형성 사이에 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성기체의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 실란올기를 클로로실란기인 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성기체의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 실란계 계면활성제는 식,CF3(CF2)n- (R)m- SiClpX3-p(식중, n은 0 또는 정수, m은 0 또는 1, R은 탄소수 1 이상의 메틸렌기, 비닐기를 함유하는 탄소수 1 이상의 메틸렌기, 에티닐렌기를 함유하는 탄소수 1 이상의 메틸렌기, 규소원자를 함유하는 탄소수 1 이상의 메틸렌기, 산소원자를 함유하는 탄소수 1 이상의 메틸렌기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되며, X는 수소원자, 저급알킬기, 저급알콕시기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되며, p는 0과 2 사이의 정수)로 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성기체의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 클로로실릴기를 포함하는 상기 재료는 SiCl4, SiHCl3, SiH2Cl2및 Cl-(SiCl2O)nSiH Cl3(n은 정수)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성기체의 제조방법.
