Abstract

작동 버튼 및 스프링의 힘에 대해 운동할 수 있는 접촉부재를 구비한 접속단자들은 비교적 크고 복잡하다. 본 발명에서는 접촉부재로서 활모양으로 만곡된 판스프링의 일부를 제공하는 것이다. 상기 접촉부재는 어퍼쳐의 가장자리(16a)가 접촉부재의 역할을 하는 도체 가이드(8)위에 고정된 적어도 한개의 어퍼쳐가 구비 된다. 이런 구조는 또한 보다 가는 도체의 접촉을 가능하게 한다,

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 두개의 접속단자가 구비된 단자 도체의 일부를 개략적으로 도시한 사시도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 도체가 가이드될 때 스프링의 힘으로 가압될 수 있는 개방된 접촉부재를 구비하며, 이때 상기 접 부재는 상기 케이스내에 장착된 판스프링의 일부이며, 도체의 가이드를 위해 배열되어 가장자리가 접촉재의 역할을 하며 도체에 부착될 수 있는 개구부가 구비되는 전기 배선용 접속 단자, 특히, 케이스내에서 이동 할 수 있는 접촉 부재를 구비하고 있는 정보 기술을 위한 접속단자에 있어서, 판 스프링(14)은 사각의 상하로 나란히 배역된 어퍼쳐를 구비하며, 만곡된 형태로 도체의 가이드 상에 위치되어, 상기 어퍼쳐 중 하나는 단자부로 도체의 가이드를 위한 역할을 하고 다른 하나는 가장자리에 의해 접촉부재를 형성하며, 만곡된 판스프링은 케이스내의 축의 바닥면과 작동 버튼사이에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속단자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판스프링은 상기 작동 버튼으로부터 이격된 한 단부를 케이스 축(4)의 바닥면(4a)에 ,다른 단부를 상기 작동 버튼(5)에 밀착 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속 단자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도체 가이드는 각각 두개의 서로 평행 배열되며, V형의 횡단면을 구비하고, 접속접촉(9,18,2,23)과 결합된 사선단면(8)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속 단자.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 작동 버튼(5)은 사선 단면(8)의 종방향으로 일렬로 배열될 접속할 도쳄(24,25)를 위한 삽입 개구부(7)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속단자.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 판스프링(14a)은 한편 제2의 판스프링(14b)으로 형성되고 상기 사선 단면(8) 사이및 평행해서 상하로 위치할 어퍼쳐들(16, 17)사이에 분리면(15)을 구비한 접속단자.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 접속 접촉(9,18,22,23)은 일부가 사선 단면 들(8)로 형성되며 폐쇄하기 위한 고정 장치 돌출부(11)가 적어도 상기 케이스에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속단자.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 접속 접촉(5)은 리드로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속단자.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 접속 접촉(9)은 두개의 접촉부(18,22 또는 23)가 도체판의 직접적 삽입을 위해 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속단자.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 접속 접촉의 접촉부(22,23)는 도체가이드를 형성하는 사선단면(8)의 종방향에 대해 90도 내지 180도로 회전되어 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속단자.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,상기 작동버튼(5)의 맞은편 면위에 있는 케이스(2)는 도체(26)의 삽입을 위한 도체의 역할을 하는 사선 단면(8)에 나란히 일직선으로 배열되는 삽입 개구부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속단자.
