Claims (8)
- 피제진유체가 도입되는 도입실(4,37)과 적어도 하나의 방전극(23,49)과 상기 방전극(23,49)을 둘러쌓도록 형성되고, 동시에 방전극(23,49)과의 사이에 상기 도입실(4,37)과 연통하는 공간을 형서하는 적어도 하나의 집진극(11,41)을 구비하고, 집진극(11,41)과 방전극(23,49)에 전압을 인가하여 양극(11,23),(41,49) 사이에 발생된 직류전계에 의해 집진극(11,41)내를 유통하는 피제진유체 중의 미립자를 해당 집진극(11,41)에 정전적(靜電的)으로 회수하는 정전 집진기에 있어서, 상기 집진극(11,41)의 측부에 설치되고, 그 집진기(11,41)의 내부와 외부를 연통하는 연통부(16)(46,46a)에 대해 접속시키고, 동시에 집진극(11,14)내를 흐르는 피제진유체의 일부를 상기 도입실(4,37)에 귀환시키는 안내통로(14,44)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 집진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 집진극(41) 및 방전극(49)를 수평방향으로 인장하도록 배치하고, 집진극(41)의 하측벽에 연통부(46,46a)를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전집진기.
- 제1항에 있어서 피제진유체가 도출되는 도출실(26,57)과 집진극(11,41)의 내부를 연통시키면, 상기 도입실(4,37)과 안내통로(14,44)를 연통하는 안내부(15,45)와, 상기 도출실(26,57)과 안내통로(14,44)를 연통하는 릴리프부(13a, 43a)와 상기 릴리프부(13a, 43a)의 개구 면적이 안내부(15,45)의 개구면적보다 작도록 상기 릴리프부(13a, 43a)를 형성한 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전집진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 집진극(11,41)을 상호 접촉하도록 병렬로 어셈블리되고, 그 어셈블리의 가장 바깥쪽에 위치하는 집진극(11,41)의 측부에서 안내통로(11,44)에 접속시키는 연통부(16,46a)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 정전집진기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 어셈블리를 이루는 뽁수의 집진극(11,41)의 내, 상기 어셈블리의 내측에 위치하는 집진극(11,41)과, 그 어셈블리의 외측에 위치하는 집진극(11,41)을 연통하는 연통부(16,46)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 정전집진기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 집진극(41)을 사각통상으로 형성하고, 집진극(41)의 하측부를 연통부(46,46a)로 향해 아래로 경사지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 정전집진기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 복수의 집진극(41)을 포개어 적층배치하고, 각 집진극(41)에 인접하는 상측벽 및 하측벽과 최하단의 집진극(41)의 하측벽에 연통부(46,46a) 을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 정전집진기
- 제7항에 있어서, 연통부(46,46a) 가 수직방향으로 인접하는 집진극(41)의 상측벽 및 하측벽의 한 모서리에 교호하도록 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전집진기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
