Abstract

기체 차단성 물질로 이루어진 층 상에, 수지와, 아스펙트비가 50 이상 5000 이하인 무기층상 화합물을 함유하는 수지조성물로 이루어진 층(또는 부분)을 1층 이상 배치하여 이루어진 적층제, 적층필름 및 성형체, 기체 투과성 물질의 적당한 예로는 금속, 금속 산화물, 에틸렌-비닐 알콜 공중합체 및 폴리비닐리덴 염화물이 포함된다.
상기 생성물은 종래의 플라스틱 재료에 비해 탁월한 기체 차단성을 갖는다.

Claims (23)

  1. 기체 차단성 물질로 이루어진 층 상에; 수지와, 아스펙트비가 50 이상 500 이하인 무기층상 화합물을 함유하는 수지조성물로 이루어진 층을 1층 이상 배치하여 이루어진 적층제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기체 차단성 물질로 이루어진 층이 다른 수지 층상에 배치되어 이루어진 적층체.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 기체 차단성 물질이 금속 또는 산화물로 이루어진 적층제.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 기체 차단성 물질의 층이 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체를 주성분으로 하는 층으로 이루어진 적층체.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 기체 차단성 물질의 층이 폴리염화 비닐리덴을 주성분으로 하는 층으로 이루어진 적층체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 무기층상 화합물이 입자 직경 5㎛ 이하의 무기층상 화합물인 적층체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 무기층상 화합물이 용매 팽윤·벽개하는 성질을 가지는 무기층상 화합물인 적층체.

  16. 제1항 내지 15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 30℃, 60%RH의 조건하에서 산소투과도가 0.2㏄/㎡·day·atm 이하인 적층체.
  17. 제1항 내지 16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적층 필름의 형상을 가지는 적층체.
  18. 청구항 1항 내지 17항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적층체로 이루어진 층을 기재상에 1층 이상 포함하여 이루어진 적층 필름.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 30℃, 60%RH의 조건하에서 산소투과도가 0.2㏄/㎡·day
    ·atm 이하인 적층 필름.
  20. 청구항 1항 내지 17항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적층체로 이루어진 부분을 적어도 일부에 가지는 성형품.
