Abstract

본 발명은 기재 필름과, 층을 이루는 무기 화합물과 수지를 함유하고 하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 조건하에서 층을 이루는 무기 화합물과 수지를 포함하는 피복액을 그라비야 피복(gravure coating)시킴으로써 형성되는 층을 포함하는 적층 필름에 관한 것으로, 이 필름은 투명도 및 기체 차단 특성이 우수하다.

Claims (16)

  1. 기재 필름과, 층을 이루는 무기 화합물과 수지를 함유하고 수학식 1을 만족하는 조건하에서 층을 이루는 무기 화합물과 수지를 포함하는 피복액을 그라비야 피복시킴으로써 형성되는 층을 포함하는 적층 필름.

    상기 수학식 1에서, G는 그라비야 로울의 회전 속도(m/min)이고, B는 보강 로울의 회전 속도(m/min)이며, GM은 그라비야 로울의 메쉬 수(mesh number)이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 그라비야 피복 조건이 수학식 2를 만족하는 적층 필름.

    상기 수학식 2에서, G, B 및 GM은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.

  4. 제3항에 있어서, 그라비야 피복 조건이 하기 수학식 4를 추가로 만족하는 적층 필름.

  5. 제3항에 있어서, 그라비야 피복 조건이 수학식 5를 추가로 만족하는 적층 필름.

    상기 수학식 5에서, R 및 W는 제3항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 층을 이루는 무기 화합물의 입자 크기가 5μm 이하이고 종횡비가 50 내지 5000인 적층 필름.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 층을 이루는 무기 화합물이 분산 매질에서 팽윤 특성 또는 분해 특성을 갖는 적층 필름.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 층을 이루는 무기 화합물이 점토 광물인 적층 필름.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 층을 이루는 무기 화합물의 종횡비가 200 내지 3000인 적층 필름.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 수지에 대한 층을 이루는 무기 화합물의 중량비가 1:20 내지 10:1인 적층 필름.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 수지가 수소 결합성 그룹 또는 이온성 그룹을 갖는 고도로 수소 결합성인 수지인 적층 필름.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 고도로 수소 결합성인 수지가 수소 결합성 그룹 또는 이온성 그룹을 30 내지 50중량% 함유하는 적층 필름.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 고도로 수소 결합성인 수지가 폴리비닐 알콜 수지 및 다당류로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나이상의 수지인 적층필름.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 기재 필름이 이축 배향된 폴리프로필렌 필름, 이축 배향된 폴리아미드 필름 및 이축 배향된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적층 필름.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 산소 투과율이, 31℃ 및 61% RH에서 측정하는 경우, 필름 두께 1μm당 2cc/㎡·일·atm 이하인 적층 필름.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 산소 투과율이, 31℃ 및 61%RH에서 측정하는 경우, 필름 두께 1μm당 0.2cc/㎡·일·atm 이하인 적층필름.
