Abstract

크기가 다른 테이프 카세트를 선택적으로 안착시킬 수 있도록 릴 테이블의 간격을 조절할 수 있도록 된 메카니즘에 있어서, 각 릴 테이블의 브레이크 메카니즘에 대해 개시한다. 이는 릴 테이블(210)(220) 및 브레이크부재(260)(270)가 지지된회전아암(211)(221)과, 이 회전아암을 회전시키는 회전수단과, 상기 브레이크부재를 작동시키는 이동부재(284)(294)를 구비한다. 따라서 이동부재의 이동에 의해서 회전되는 브레이크부재는 릴 테이블로부터 해제될 수 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 원호형의 제1,2관통구멍이 형성된 데크와, 상기 데크에 소정간격으로 이격되어 고정설치되는 제1,2고정축과, 상기 제1,2고정축에 각각 회전가능하게 설치되고 상기 릴 테이블들이 각각 지지되어 이들을 제1,2위치로 이동시키는한 쌍의 회전아암과, 상기 제1,2고정축에 회전가능하게 결합되며 각 일측에 기어부가 형성되어 상호 치합되는 한 쌍의 구동아암과, 상기 구동아암중 하나의 기어부와 기어로 연결되는 구동모터와, 상기 구동모터의 동력이 상기 각 회전아암에전달되도록 상기 각 구동아암과 회전아암을 연결하는 연결수단과, 상기 제1,2고정축에 각각 회전가능하게 결합되고 상기각 구동아암과 함께 회전가능하며 각 일단부가 각 릴 테이블과 마찰접촉되어 각 릴 테이블을 감속시키는 브레이크부재와,상기 각 브레이크부재의 일단부를 각 릴 테이블의 외주면에 밀착시키는 탄성바이어스수단과, 상기 각 릴 테이블의 외주면에 밀착된 각 브레이크부재의 일단부를 그 외주면으로부터 분리시키는 해제수단을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록/재생기의 릴 브레이크 메카니즘.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 회전아암에 상기 각 릴 테이블을 회전구동하는 모터가 설치되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록/재생기의 릴 브레이크 메카니즘.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결수단은; 상기 각 구동아암의 저면에 각각 삽입홈을 형성하고, 상기 각 삽입홈과대응되는 상기 각 회전아암에 랜싱부를 형성하여, 상기 각각 대응되는 삽입홈과 랜싱부사이에 코일 스프링을 삽입하여 된것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록/재생기의 릴 브레이크 메카니즘.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 회전아암의 과도한 회전을 방지하는 방지수단이 더 구비되어 된 것을 특징으로하는 자기 기록/재생기의 릴 브레이크 메카니즘.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방지수단은; 상기 각 회전아암에 돌기를 형성하고, 상기 데크에 상기 돌기의 회전을제한하는 스토퍼를 형성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록/재생기의 릴 브레이크 메카니즘.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 릴 테이블의 외주면과 접촉되는 상기 각 브레이크부재에 마찰부재가 부착되어 된것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록/재생기의 릴 브레이크 메카니즘.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성바이어스 수단은 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록/재생기의 릴 브레이크메카니즘.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 브레이크부재는; 상기 제1,2고정축에 각각 결합되는 보스부와, 상기 각 보스부로부터 연장되어 형성되는 아암부와, 상기 각 아암부의 단부에 부착되는 마찰부재와, 상기 마찰부재를 상기 릴 테이블의 외주면에 밀착시키는 스프링을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록/재생기의 릴 브레이크 메카니즘.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 해제수단은; 상기 각 브레이크부재에는 각각 기어부가 형성되며, 상기 두 브레이크부재 사이에 배치되어 상기 데크에 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되며 각각 상기 각 기어부와 맞물리는 랙부가 형성된 이동부재와, 상기 각 이동부재를 이동시키는 이동수단을 구비하여서, 상기 각 브레이크부재가 상기 각 이동부재의 이동과 동시에회전되어 릴 테이블로부터 해제되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록/재생기의 릴 브레이크 메카니즘.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 이동수단은; 상기 데크에 고정설치되며 각각 작동로드를 가지는 제 1,2솔레노이드와, 상기 데크에 회전가능하게 지지되며 상기 각 작동로드와 연결되는 연결부와 상기 각 이동부재를 연동시키는 작동부를가지는 작동레버를 구비하여서, 상기 제1,2솔레노이드의 작동에 의해서 상기 각 작동레버가 회전될 때 상기 각 이동부재가 소정구간 이동되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록/재생기의 릴 브레이크 메카니즘.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 작동레버는 상기 데크와 스프링으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록/재생기의 릴 브레이크 메카니즘.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 각 이동부재에는 상기 각 작동레버의 작동부가 선택적으로 접촉되는 제1돌출부와제2돌출부가 소정간격 이격되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록/재생기의 릴 브레이크 메카니즘.
