Claims (6)
- 셸을 포함하는 트윈 실린더 회전식 압축기에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 단부를 각각 구비하고 상기 제1 단부에 정밀 요홈이 형성된 제1 및 제2 실린더, 각각의 상기 제1 및 제2 실린더 내에서 대응하는 정밀 요홈으로부터 대응하는 제2 단부까지 연장된 보어, 상기 제1 및 제2 실린더의 상기 제2 단부에 대면한 베어링 수단, 상기 제1 및 제2 실린더 내의 상기 보어들을 서로에 대해 정밀하게 위치시키기 위해 상기 제1 및 제2 실린더의 상기 정밀 요홈의 조합 깊이를 초과하는 두께를 갖고 실린더 내부에 위치에 위치된 정밀 판 수단, 상기 제1 실린더의 상기 보어와 축방향으로 동일한 연장 위치에 위치된 제1 피스톤, 상기 제2 실린더의 상기 보어와 축방향으로 동일한 연장 위치에 위치된 제2 피스톤, 상기 판 수단,상기 제1 실린더에 대면한 상기 베어링 수단, 상기 제1 피스톤 및 상기 제1 실린더 내의 상기 보어와 상호 작용해서 흡입챔버와 방출 챔버를 한정하는 제1 베인 수단, 상기판 수단, 상기 제2 실린더와 대면한 상기 베어링 수단, 상기 제2 피스톤 및 상기 제2실린더 내의 상기 보어와 상호 작용해서 흡입 챔버와 방출 챔버를 한정하는 제2 베인 수단, 상기 제1 및 제2 피스톤을 구동하기 위한 수단, 흡입 가스를 상기 흡입 챔버에 공급하기 위한 흡입 통로 수단, 및 상기 방출 챔버로부터 방출 가스를 전달하기 위한 방출 통로 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트윈 실린더 회전식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡입 통로 수단은 상기 제1 및 제2 실린더와 상기 정밀 판 수단 내에 적어도 부분적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방출 통로 수단은 상기 제1 및 제2 실린더와 상기 정밀 판 수단 내에 적어도 부분적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 수단에 고정되고 상기 방출 통로 수단의 일부를 형성하는 머플러 수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 수직 트윈 실린더 회전식 압축기를 조립하는 방법에 있어서, 제1 실린더 및 제1베어링을 포함하는 제1 펌프 조립체를 조립하는 단계, 제2 실린더 및 제2베어링을 포함하는 제2 펌프 조립체를 조립하는 단계, 축 상의 제1 편심저널을 제1 피스톤의 보어 내에 위치시키는 단계, 상기 축의 저널을 상기 제1 베어링 내로 삽입하고 상기 제1 피스톤을상기 제1 실린더의 보어 내로 삽입하는 단계, 상기 제1 실린더의 슬롯 내로 베인을 삽입하는 단계, 상기 축 상의 제2 편심 저널 위에 그리고 상기 제1 실린더 내의 기계 가동된 요홈 내로 분리판을 배치하는 단계, 연속 유동 통로를 제공하기위해 상기 분리판과 상기 제1 실린더 내에 보어들을 배향시키는 단계, 상기 제2 피스톤이 상기 제2 편심 저널을 수납하도록 상기 축 위에 제2 피스톤을 배치하는 단게, 상기 제2 실린더의 슬롯 내로 베인을 삽입하는 단계, 제2 실린더가 제2 피스톤을 수납하고, 제2 베어링이 상기 축의 제2 저널을 수납하고 상기 제2 실린더 내의 기계 가공된 요홈이 상기 분리판을 수납하도록 상기 제2 피스톤 및 축위에 제2 펌프 조립체를 배치하는 단계, 상기 제2 조립체의 방출 통로와 상기 분리판내의 대응 보어의 정렬을 점검하고 임의의 필요한 조정을 수행하는 단계, 제1 및 제2 펌프 조립체를 함께 고정시키는 단계, 머플러를 각 베어링에 설치하는 단계, 상기 베인을 편위시키기 위한 스프링을 상기 제1 및 제2 실린더 내에 설치함으로써 펌프 카트리지를 완성하는 단계, 및 상기 펌프 카트리지를 셸 내에 고정하여 조립을 완료하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 트윈 실린더 회전식 압축기의 조립 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 펌프 카트리지를 셸 내에 고정하는 단계는 상기 펌프 카트리지를 상기 셸 내의 제위치에 용접하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
