Abstract

에어백 및 다른 산업에 적용하기 위한 직포를 제조하기 위해서, 섬도가 100 내지 1,000dtex인 가호되지 않은 인터밍글링 필라멘트사가 사용된다. 그 실의 각각의 필라멘트는 5dtex를 초과하지 않는 섬도를 갖는다. 실은 2 내지 10㎝의 평균 개방 길이를 나타내며, 인터밍글링점의 안정도 계수 K1은 0.6을 초과하고 실의 인터밍글링점의 안정도 계수 K2는 0.3을 초과한다. 이 실은 필요한 특성을 갖는 산업용 직포, 특히 에어백용 직포를 비용면에서 효과적인 방법으로 제조하기 위해서 사용된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 사 점도가 100 내지 1,000dtex인 가호되지 않은 인터밍글링 합성 필라멘트사, 특히 에어백 및 그 밖의 다른 선업적인 적용을 위한 직포를 제조하기 위한 합성 필라멘트사로서, 실의 개개 필라멘트의 섬도가 5dtex를 초과하지 않고 실의 평균 개방 길이가 2 내지 10cm이며 실의 인터밍글링점(intermingling point)의 안정도 계수 K1이 0.6을 초과하고 실의 인터밍글링점의 안정도 계수 K2가 0.3을 초과함을 특징으로 하는 인터밍글링 합성 필라멘트사.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실 강도, 실 신도 및 안정도 계수 K2로부터 유도된 계수 K3이 400을 초과함을 특징으로 하는 합성 필라멘트사.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 실이 폴리아미드 또는 폴리에스테를 필라멘트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 합성 필라멘트사.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 실이 나이론-6,6, 나일론-4,6 또는 나일론-6 필라멘트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 합성 필라멘트사.
  5. 사 섬도가 100 내지 1,000dtex인 인터밍글링 합성 필라멘트사를 포함하는 산업용 직포로서, 실의 개개 필라멘트의 섬도가 5dtex를 초과하지 않고 제직 전의 실의 개방 길이가 2 내지 10㎝이며 실의 인터밍글링점의 안정도 계수 K1이 0.6을 초과하고 실의 인터밍글링점의 안정도 계수 K2가 0.3을 초과함을 특징으로 하는 산업용 직포.
  6. 사 섬도가 100 내지 1,000dtex인 인터밍글링 합성 필라멘트사를 포함하는 에어백용 직포로서, 실의 개개 필라멘트의 섬도가 5dtex를 초과하지 않고 제직 전의 실의 개방 길이가 2 내지 10㎝이며 실의 인터밍글링점의 안정도 계수 K1이 0.6을 초과하고 실의 인터밍글링점의 안정도 계수 K2가 0.3을 초과함을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직포.
