Claims (26)
- 혼합물 개개의 성분보다 더 넓은 분자량 분포를 갖는 폴리프로필렌 혼합물을 압축시켜 표면을 갖는 하나 이상의 고온 압출물을 형성시키는 단계; 및 상기 표면이 산화적 쇄 절단 분해되도록 산화 환경에서 하나 이상의 고온 압출물을 급냉시킴으로써, 비-분해 섬유 또는 필라멘트에 실질적으로 상응하는 하나 이상의 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 분해되지 않은 내측 부분의 평균 용융 유동 속도에 비하여 더 높은 평균 용융 유동 속도를 갖는 스킨-코어(skin-core) 섬유 또는 필라멘트를 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 5×105이상의 분자량을 갖는 분자를 7중량% 이상 함유하는 하나 이상의 폴리프로필렌 함유 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 고분자량 및 저분자량 중 적어도 한 방향으로 이동된 폭넓은 분자량 분포를 갖는 2개 이상의 폴리프로필렌 함유 물질을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 폭넓은 분자량 분포를 갖는 2개 이상의 폴리프로필렌 함유 물질을 포함하고; 하나 이상의 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 평균 용융 유동 속도가 27 이하일 경우 섬유 또는 필라멘트가 5×105이상의 분자량을 갖는 분자를 9% 이상 함유하고, 하나 이상의 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 평균 용융 유동 속도가 27보다 클 경우 5×105이상의 분자량을 갖는 분자를 7% 이상 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 방법에 의하여 제조된 폴리프로필렌 섬유 또는 필라멘트.
- 비-분해 내측 부분에 비하여 고농도의 산화적 쇄 절단 분해 중합체 물질을 포함하는 섬유의 외측 표면을 포함하는 표면 영역을 갖는 스킨-코어(skin-core) 구조; 및 5×105이상의 분자량을 갖는 7중량% 이상의 분자를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 섬유.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 섬유의 평균 용융 속도가 27 이하일 경우 5×105이상의 분자량을 갖는 분자를 9중량% 이상 포함하고, 상기 섬유의 평균 용융 속도가 27보다 클 경우 5×105이상의 분자량을 갖는 분자를 7중량% 이상 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 섬유.
- 함께 열결합된 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 섬유를 포함하는 부직물.
- 하나 이상의 흡수층 및 제7항의 부직물을 포함하는 하나 이상의 패브릭을 포함하는 위생용품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 외부 불침투층, 패브릭층 및 이들 사이의 하나 이상의 흡수층을 포함하는 기저귀를 포함하는 위생용품.
- 제1 내지 제4항 및 제7 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 고분자량 방향으로 이동된 폭넓은 분자량 분포를 갖는 방법 또는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 용융 유동 안정화제 및 산화방지제로 구성된 군중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 성분을 포함하는 방법 또는 제품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 용융 유동 안정화제 및 산화방지제로 구성된 군중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 성분이 상기 혼합물의 약 0.01 내지 2.0중량%인 방법 또는 제품.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 하나 이상의 섬유 또는 필라멘트에 5×105이상의 분자량을 갖는 분자를 7중량% 이상으로 유지시키기에 충분한 양으로 용융 유동 안정화제 및 산화방지제로 구성된 군중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 성분을 함유하는 방법 또는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 약 5.5 이상의 분자량 분포를 갖는 방법 또는 제품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 약 6 이상의 분자량 분포를 갖는 방법 또는 제품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 약 7 이상의 분자량 분포를 갖는 방법 또는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 평균 용융 유동 속도가 약 10 이상인 방법 또는 제품.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 섬유 또는 필라멘트가 약 30 이상의 평균 용융 유동 속도를 갖는 방법 또는 제품.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 최대 평균 용융 유동 속도가 약 50 이상인 방법 또는 제품.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 최대 평균 용융 유동 속도가 약 70인 방법 또는 제품.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 약 20 내지 50의 평균 용융 유동 속도를 갖는 방법 또는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 평균 용융 유동 속도가 상기 하나 이상의 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 비-분해 부분의 용융 유동 속도보다 약 20 내지 200%를 높은 방법 또는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 표면을 산화적쇄 절단 분해시키기 위하여 산화 환경에서 하나 이상의 고온 압출물을 급냉시키는 단계가 고온 압출물의 급냉속도를 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 방법 또는 제품.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 표면을 산화적 쇄 절단 분해시키기 위하여 산화환경에서 하나 이상의 고온 압출물을 급냉시키는 단계가 하나 이상의 압출물의 급냉을 지연시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법 또는 제품.
- 제24항에 있어서, 산소 함유 급냉 환경이 교차-취입 급냉(cross-blow quench)을 포함하고, 교차취입 급냉의 상부 부위가 차단되는 방법 또는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 영역이 약 0.5㎛ 이상의 두께를 갖는 방법 또는 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
