Claims (15)
- 폴리프로필렌 수지를 용융, 압출하고 지연냉각시켜 표면을 산화쇄절단시킨 폴리프로필렌 단섬유로서, 용융 흐름 지수가 폴리프로필렌 수지의 용융 흐름 지수 대비 2.5 이상이고, 신장율이 300% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 단섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 수지는 용융 흐름 지수가 5 내지 30g/10min이고, 아이소택틱 지수가 90%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 단섬유.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 단섬유의 섬도가 1.5 데니어 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 단섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 단섬유의 단면이 테트라로벌(Tetralobal) 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 단섬유.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 4항 또는 제 5항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리프로필렌 단섬유를 제조하는 방법으로서,(a) 폴리프로필렌 수지를 280℃ 이상 내지 310℃ 미만의 온도 범위에서 용융시키는 단계;(b) 용융된 폴리프로필렌 수지를 방사구를 통해 1000 내지 2500m/min의 속도로 압출시켜 미연신사를 제공하는 단계;(c) 압출된 미연신사를 1 내지 5m/sec의 속도로 공급되는 냉각공기로 지연냉각시켜 미연신사의 표면을 산화쇄절단시키는 단계;(d) 표면이 산화쇄절단된 미연신사를 연신하는 단계;(e) 연신사의 표면에 방사유제를 부착시키는 단계; 및(f) 방사유제가 부착된 연신사를 소정 길이의 단섬유로 절단하는 단계;를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 단섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계는 압출된 미연신사를 냉각공기로 지연냉각시키기 전에 냉각공기의 차단영역에 통과시켜 지연냉각시키는 것을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 단섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 냉각공기의 차단영역은 10㎝ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 단섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계의 폴리프로필렌 수지는 용융 흐름 지수가 5 내지 30g/10min이고, 아이소택틱 지수가 90%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 단섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계의 방사구는 용융된 폴리프로필렌 수지가 통과하는 단면이 테트라로벌(Tetralobal) 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 단섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 (d) 단계의 연신비는 1.2 내지 5.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 단섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 단섬유의 섬도는 1.5 데니어 이하이고, 섬도는 방사구의 직경 또는 연신비로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 단섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 4항 또는 제 5항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리프로필렌 단섬유를 서멀 본딩 공법으로 처리하여 제조된 부직포.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 서멀 본딩 공법은 캘린더 본딩 공법인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 부직포의 열결합지수가 2.0 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포.
