Claims (9)
- a) 적어도 하나의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 모노아조 안료 b) 적어도 하나의 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 포함하고, 경우에 따라 c) 또한, 통상의 성분 및 첨가제를 포함하는 안료 제제:상기 식에서 R은 각각의 경우에 같거나 상이하며, C1-C3-알킬, C1-C3-알콕시, 염소 또는 수소이고, n은 1내지 3의 수이고, R1및 R2는 같거나 상이하며, 하기 일반식의 라디칼(HOCH2CH2)2N-, HOCH2CH2NH- 또는 질소, 산소 및 황으로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 1내지 3개의 헤테로원자를 포함하는 5내지 7원, 포화 또는 불포화 지방족 또는 방향족 헤테로사이클릭 고리이고, m은 1또는 2의 수이고, X는 수소, 알칼리 금속 또는 화학량론적 양의 알칼리 토금속이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 각각의 경우에 같거나 상이하고, 수소, 메틸, 에틸, 메톡시, 에톡시 및 염소이고, R1및 R2가 같거나 상이하고 하기 일반식의 라디칼HOCH2CH2NH-, 또는 모르폴리닐, 1-피페리딜, 1-피롤리디닐 또는 1-피롤릴 라디칼, 바람직하게는 1-모르폴리닐 라디칼이고, X가 수소 Na 또는 K인 안료 제제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 모노아조 안료가 하기 일반식(Ⅰa)의 구조를 갖는 안료 제제;상기 식에서 Ar은또는이다.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 성분 b)가 하기 일반식(Ⅱa)의 화합물인 안료 제제;상기 식에서, T1또는 T2가 같거나 상이하고, 바람직하게는 같으며, 하기 구조식,또는을 갖고, X는 수소 또는 Na이다.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 성분 b) 의 비율이 안료 제제의 중량(100중량%)을 기준으로, 0.1 내지 8중량%, 바람직하게는 0.4 내지 3중량%인 안료 제제.
- 성분 b) 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅰ)또는 (Ⅰa)의 모노아조 안료를 제조하는 결합 반응을 수행하거나, 또는 결합 반응이 종결된후 성분 b)를 수성 안료 현탁액 또는 수중에 현탁된 모노아조 안료의 여과 케이크와 결합시킴을 포함하는 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 안료 제제의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 반응 혼합물은 20내지 150℃의 온도에서 결합 반응이 종결된후 가열하는 방법.
- 인쇄 잉크를 제조하기 위해 제2항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 안료 제제를 사용하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 용매 함유 또는 수성 음각 또는 플랙소인쇄(flexographic printing) 잉크를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
