Abstract

본 발명은 엔진과 변속기; 회전자임펠러휠, 고정자임펠러휠 및 그들 양자를 포함하는 리타더하우징을 갖는 유체역학적 리타더; 상기 리타더의 작동유체이기도 한 냉각제를 갖는 냉각제순환부를 구비한 구동장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 상기 리타더의 회전자임펠러휠에 동축적으로 배치되어 상기 냉각제를 순환시키는 펌프임펠러휠을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제4도는 조합된 회전자임펠러휠(impeller wheel)이 단일벽으로 되어 있는 실시예를 나타내는 도면,
제4.1도는 회전자임펠러휠부에 조합된 임펠러휠의 도면,
4.2도는 회전자임펠러휠부에 조합된 임펠러휠의 펌프부의 도면.

Claims (8)

  1. 엔진과 변속기; 회전자임펠러휠, 고정자임펠러휠 및 이들 양자를 내장하는 리타더하우징을 갖는 유체역학적 리타더; 상기 리타더의 작동유체이기도 한 냉각제를 갖는 냉각제순환부를 구비한 구동장치에 있어서, 상기 리타더의 회전자임펠러휠에 동축적으로 배치되어 상기 냉각제를 순환시키는 펌프임펠러휠을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전자임펠러휠과 상기 펌프임펠러휠이 하나의 동일한 축에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 펌프임펠러휠이 상기 리타더하우징의 내부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서. 상기 고정자임펠러휠이 상기 회전자임펠러휠과 펌프임펠러휠 사이에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전자임펠러휠과 펌프임펠러휠이 구조적으로 상호 일체인 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 펌프임펠러휠이 상가 회전자임펠러휠의 후방에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 회전자임펠러휠과 펌프임펠러휠은 단일의 벽으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 회전자임펠러휠과 펌프임펠러휠이 단일의 벽으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
