Description
Claims (12)
- 왕복 선형운동을 회전운동으로 변환하는데, 특히 왕복 열기관에 적당한 크랭크 시스템에 있어서, 엔진피스톤 핀에 무부하로 제공된 휠 또는 회전 커넥션로드, 그리고 출력샤프트에 제공되며, 엔진 사이클 행정의 최적화를 위해서 적어도 두개의 조각 또는 캠 아치로 구성된 외주 윤곽을 가지고 있는 캠을 포함하는데, 이 휠은 마찰이 없거나 또는 최소마찰이 특징인 결합을 이용하여 캠의 윤곽을 따라서 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유발행정 및 팽창행정을 최적화하도록 하나 또는 그 이상의 곡률을 갖는 제1윤곽 조각, 그리고 압축 및 배기행정을 최적화하도록 하나 또는 그 이상의 곡률을 갖는 제2윤곽 조각을 갖는 캠을 특징으로하는 크랭크 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 캠이 또다른 조작들 또는 아치들을 제공하여 연소를 최적화시키고, 특히 TDC와 대응하는 일정한 부피연소를, 그리고 BDC와 대응하여 팽창스트로크의 최적화를 얻는 것을 특징으로하는 크랭크 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 또 다른 조각들 또는 아치들이 하사 중심 및 상사 중심을 각각 결정짓는 곡률과 엔진축사이의 거리에 대응하는 일정한 곡률선(curvaturerag)을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 크랭크 시스템.
- 앞항 중 한항에 있어서, 특히 2행정 엔진에서, 배기 및 운반 행정동안 작용시간 횡단면의 증가를 허용하도록 또는 다른 조각 또는 아치를 제공하는 것을 특징으로하는 크랭크 시스템.
- 앞항 중 한 항에 있어서, 휠에 의해서 가해진 압축응력이 이것의 구성물질들의 탄성한계내에 머물도록 휠 및 캠이 이러한 물질로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로하는 크랭크 시스템.
- 앞항 중 한항에 있어서, 휠과 캠사이의 접촉을 유지시키는 장치가 제공되는 것을 특징으로하는 크랭크 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 접촉을 유지시키는 장치가 휠과 같은 축에서 자유롭게 진동하며 캠의 외부윤곽에 대하여 동심인 윤곽과 결합하는 둘출부를 가지고 있는 바닥에 제공되며, 이 윤곽을 정확히 재생해내는 작은 커넥팅로드로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 크랭크 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 1또는2 이상의 자유도를 가지며 한 단부가 피스톤에 구속되고 다른 단부는 하사중심으로 부터 상사 중심으로 왕복운동하는 동안 관성에너지를 흡수하고, 상사중심으로 부터 하사중심으로의 왕복운동의 제1부분 동안 똑같은 에너지를 되돌려주는 탄성시스템에 구속된 로드로 제7항의 장치가 구성되는 것이 특징인 크랭크 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 탄성시스템이 마이크로프로세서에 의해서 제어되는 유압시스템으로 대체되는 것이 특징인 크랭크 시스템.
