Abstract

공기에서 오일에어로솔(분무유)을 분리시키기 위한 장치의 고안이다. 이러한 장치는 분리요소로 구성되어 있는바 링형상으로된 콜서로 되어 있으며 오일이나 또는 오일분무가 공지된 방식에 의하여 분리요소 내에서 원심력으로 커져서 여기에서 하부로 흘러 덜어지는 유적을 응결시켜 준다. 분리요소는 하우싱 내에 내장이 되고 프렌지부에 고정이 되어 있다. 여기서 프렌지부는 하나의 아답터 요소이며 여기에 공기의 유입 유출을 시키기 위한 죠인트관 및/또는 또 다른 프렌지부의 설치가 가능하게 되어 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 장치가 링형콜서(22)로된 분리요소(11)로 되어 있으며 오일이나 또는 유 분무는 공지된 방법으로 분리요소(11)내에서 중력에 의하여 커져서 그로부터 하부로 흘러 떨어지는 유적이 응결되며 여기서 분리요소(11)는 하우싱(14)에 내장되어 있고 하우싱(14)는 프렌지부(10)에 체결되어 있으며 공기로부터 오일에어로솔을 분리하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 프렌지 부(10)는 아답터요소이며 이에 공기의 유입(19) 및 유출(25)의 죠인트관 및/또는 또 다른 프렌지부(26)가 설치 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다수로된 분리요소(11,12)의 병렬설치가 가능하다는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 전항들 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 유출챤넬(34)에 공기의 역류를 방지하기 위한 최소압력 조절밸브가 들어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 전항들 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 분리요소(36)는 체결프렌지(37)에 의하여 프렌지부(26)에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 분리요소(38)나 또는 프렌지부(39)는 공기와 공기유출부 사이의 기밀을 유지하기 위한 라디알-또는 축방향 씰이 끼어 있으며 하우싱(14)에 의해서 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 하우싱(41)과 콜서요소(38)이 하나의 폴러(47)에 의하여 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 전항들 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 콜서요소가 프렌지부의 상부나 또는 하부에서 고정이 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
