Abstract

본 발명은 내연기관의 다양한 작동조건하에서 연료를 정확하게 분배하고 조절가능하게 원자화할 수 있는 장치를 제공하려는 것이다. 연료의 분배는 밸브니이들에 의해서 폐쇄될 수 있는 분배구멍을 통해서 이루어진다. 연료의 원자화는 진동가능한 분무기 오리피스를 갖는 압전 구동식 노즐에 의해 이루어진다. 분무기 구멍의 형상은 원형, 직사각형, 4변형 또는 십자형 등이 될 수 있다.

제1도는 분무기가 구비되어 있는 밸브 블록을 나타낸 도면, 제2도는 분무기가 구비되어 있는 밸브 블록의 다른 실시예를 나타낸 도면, 제3도 a 내지 1은 본 발명에 따라서 사용될 수 있는 다양한 노즐 구멍들이 형성된 여러 분사기 판을 나타낸 도면, 제4도는 둥근 노즐 구멍과 직사각형 노즐 구멍에 대한 연료흐름의 분리를 나타낸 도면, 제5도는 분사기 판에 형성된 다양한 직경의 노즐 구멍을 나타낸 도면.

Claims (16)

  1. 유체를 분배하고 원자화하기 위한 장치로서, 상기 유체가 유동할 수 있는 분배구멍을 갖춘 하우징과, 상기 분배구멍을 개폐시키도록 작동될 수 있으며 상기 하우징내에 이동가능하게 배치되어 있는 폐쇄부재와, 상기 분배구멍의 하류에 배치된 적어도 하나의 분무기 오리피스와, 그리고 상기 분배구멍에 대하여 상기 분무기 오리피스를 진동시키는 구동부재를 포함하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분무기 오리피스를 구비하고 상기 분배구멍에 인접하게 배치된 분무기 판을 더 포함하는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분무기 판이 장착되어 있고 상기 구동부재에 작동가능하게 고정된 캐리어 판을 더 포함하는 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 분무기 판이 상기 캐리어 판에 수동적으로 결합되어 있는 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동부재가 압전부재인 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 판을 상기 구동부재에 대하여 밀고 상기 구동부재상에 기계적인 예비 응력을 가하는 스프링을 더 포함하는 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 하우징위로 고정되고 상기 스프링을 지지하는 외부캡을 더 포함하는 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분배구멍이 공진 주파수로 진동하는 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 10 내지 20㎛ 이상의 직경을 갖는 적어도 하나의 원자화 오리피스를 더 포함하는 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 20㎛ 이상의 직경을 갖는 적어도 하나의 원자화 오리피스를 더 포함하는 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 원자화 오리피스가, 원형, 타원형, 삼각형, 직사각형, 다각형 및 별모양으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 형상을 가지는 장치.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 원자화 오리피스가, 원형, 타원형, 삼각형, 직사각형, 다각형 및 별모양으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 형상을 가지는 장치.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 내연기관내에서 연료를 분배하고 원자화하기 위한 장치.
  14. 연료를 반복적으로 분무하기 위한 연료분사기로서, 상기 연료가 유동할 수 있는 분배구멍과, 상기 연료가 상기 분배 구멍을 통과한 후에 유동하는 분무기 오리피스와, 그리고 상기 분무기 오리피스를 상기 분배구멍에 대하여 진동시키도록 작동될 수 있는 구동부재를 포함하는 연료 분사기.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 분배구멍과 상기 구동부재의 상기 제1단부가 고정되는 하우징을 더 포함하고 있으며, 상기 구동부재는 제1단부 및 제2단부를 갖추고 있고, 상기 분무기 오리피스는 상기 구동부재의 상기 제2단부에 대하여 고정되고 상기 분배구멍으로부터 이격되어 있는 연료분사기.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 구동부재가 압전 구동부재인 연료분사기.
